Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental home on the harbor waterfront in Oxnard. The house has been recently refurbished and is both beautiful and immaculate. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and common areas, since we dined in for all of our meals because of the continuing virus concerns. The beach was a short walk away, although it was closed over the July 4 weekend. The fact that the house was on the water made up for the beach closing. The young kids fished from the pier and enjoyed kayak rides with the adults. The neighbors on both sides were friendly and engaging. We all loved this place and plan to return next year.

The rental was wonderful from the moment we pulled in the driveway. Very clean and beautifully decorated, the space felt like home right away. The giant windows look out onto the canal, where we wasted no time pouring a drink and hanging out on the porch to watch the boats float by. Very relaxing experience. In the morning, we took the short walk to the ocean and spent the day on the sand. The rental is so close, we were able to come back and forth for food breaks or refills:) I loved the proximity to everything we needed and how private the home felt nestled on the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and the beds are incredibly comfy! Would highly recommend this place to a friend. Thank you for letting us experience the most comfortable and much-needed vacation spot!

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks. It is remodeled beautifully. Very spacious.The place is set up perfect for a large family, couples who want to get away . The kitchen was outstanding . It is set up perfect for cooking , hanging out .
The sofa and beds were so comfy.
We enjoyed the beach, a short maybe 5 minute walk. You have to check out any of the excursions for the islands . We did the Santa Cruz Island trip . Kayaked, hiked for the day. We were blessed to see at least a 1000 dolphins in the ocean being free as can be .

Sitting on the balconies of the boat docks is the best . We have stayed on the beach, but love the boat docks better . Neighbors around us are very friendly .
Hands down, better than a hotel stay for short or long term stays .

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Our wish list was a home with rooms for all, a large family area to accomodate all family members without feeling crowded and finally a large kitchen to allow us to cook and mingle at the same time.
The kitchen was amazing - it was so spacious and it had so many extra features that made working in their a joy. The home was comfortable, tastefully decorated and easy to maneuver with 8 adults. Location was a bonus, the marina is beautiful and there was easy access to a walking/biking trail along the beach.

We had a lovely week! The property is just perfect. So spacious, so comfortable, so well-equipped - right on the waterway and just a short walk to the ocean. Everything from kitchen to bedrooms is just impeccable - and the deck over the water is such a treat! Oh and the quality of communication with the team at Gold Coast was exemplary. For the past four summers we have stayed at this particular property. And we have secured it again for next summer as well. This property is just beautiful with all the best amenities. And Remax has been so responsive to all of the requests that we have made. They are friendly and accommodating. We love looking forward to another summer in Paradise and hate leaving when our time is over.

We had a wonderful time in your gorgeous house. Eight women celebrating my 60th birthday. There was so much room, the house was clean and lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked. No complaints at all. Would definitely go back here.

Great Home! Newly renovated. Loved being right on the water in the marina. We would stay there again. The only drawback is you are very close to a busy road and can hear the cars passing by.

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks. It is remodeled beautifully. Very spacious.The place is set up perfect for a large family, couples who want to get away . The kitchen was outstanding . It is set up perfect for cooking , hanging out .
The sofa and beds were so comfy.
We enjoyed the beach, a short maybe 5 minute walk. You have to check out any of the excursions for the islands . We did the Santa Cruz Island trip . Kayaked, hiked for the day. We were blessed to see at least a 1000 dolphins in the ocean being free as can be .

Sitting on the balconies of the boat docks is the best . We have stayed on the beach, but love the boat docks better . Neighbors around us are very friendly .
Hands down, better than a hotel stay for short or long term stays .

Cannot wait to stay again. The ultimate

The rental was wonderful from the moment we pulled in the driveway. Very clean and beautifully decorated, the space felt like home right away. The giant windows look out onto the canal, where we wasted no time pouring a drink and hanging out on the porch to watch the boats float by. Very relaxing experience. In the morning, we took the short walk to the ocean and spent the day on the sand. The rental is so close, we were able to come back and forth for food breaks or refills:) I loved the proximity to everything we needed and how private the home felt nestled on the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and the beds are incredibly comfy! Would highly recommend this place to a friend. Thank you for letting us experience the most comfortable and much-needed vacation spot!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental home on the harbor waterfront in Oxnard. The house has been recently refurbished and is both beautiful and immaculate. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and common areas, since we dined in for all of our meals because of the continuing virus concerns. The beach was a short walk away, although it was closed over the July 4 weekend. The fact that the house was on the water made up for the beach closing. The young kids fished from the pier and enjoyed kayak rides with the adults. The neighbors on both sides were friendly and engaging. We all loved this place and plan to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Our wish list was a home with rooms for all, a large family area to accomodate all family members without feeling crowded and finally a large kitchen to allow us to cook and mingle at the same time.
The kitchen was amazing - it was so spacious and it had so many extra features that made working in their a joy. The home was comfortable, tastefully decorated and easy to maneuver with 8 adults. Location was a bonus, the marina is beautiful and there was easy access to a walking/biking trail along the beach.

Loved everything about it! The house is steps to the beach and the marina.
We wanted something with good energy that would remind us of having grown up in beach communities in the ‘60s and ‘70s and this captured it perfectly.
Owners have taken a lot of care to make this home feel like the 80-year-old, historical, beach cottage it is while providing every modern amenity you could possibly need.
Two very nice, comfortable bedrooms each with TV and cable. Great kitchen! Everything you need to cook with is there. You’ll love the gas stove. The loft felt like a bonus room. Found a spot on the sectional next to the window that when opened, sends the ocean breeze right over the top of you. Was a great reading spot.
The backyard is really something special. Again, attention to detail to make it feel “beachy.” Lots of outdoor seating, great BBQ, and delightful wind chimes.
We’re planning another trip in June and will most definitely book this home if it is available.

Loved everything about it! The house is steps to the beach and the marina.
We wanted something with good energy that would remind us of having grown up in beach communities in the ‘60s and ‘70s and this captured it perfectly.
Owners have taken a lot of care to make this home feel like the 80-year-old, historical, beach cottage it is while providing every modern amenity you could possibly need.
Two very nice, comfortable bedrooms each with TV and cable. Great kitchen! Everything you need to cook with is there. You’ll love the gas stove. The loft felt like a bonus room. Found a spot on the sectional next to the window that when opened, sends the ocean breeze right over the top of you. Was a great reading spot.
The backyard is really something special. Again, attention to detail to make it feel “beachy.” Lots of outdoor seating, great BBQ, and delightful wind chimes.
We’re planning another trip in June and will most definitely book this home if it is available.

The house was perfect for our little friends getaway. The views from the home were gorgeous and the beach was quiet - just exactly what we were looking for. The property was clean and it was very easy to communicate with the management. I would stay here again in the future. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway.

View and location was great. Such a convenience to be able to walk into the beach and play with the kids and dog. The house had doggy bowls which were very helpful. The kids enjoyed the small cubby room upstairs to hang out and play.

We are definitely coming back in the future.

I loved this place. Beautiful view and well stocked with cooking supplies and the bathrooms with toiletries shampoo. They only thing I did not care for was the beds they were very hard and the first floors bathroom and the floors were very dirty. I went to wipe up some coffee that spilled and the napkin was black from the dirt. But with that said I would highly recommend this place.

This house is beautiful. The view from the second floor ( main gathering area) is to die for. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. Having a wet bar with mini fridge and ice maker on the bottom floor ( beach floor) made it so convenient to bring snacks and drinks outside. The only downside is carrying ice chests and bags of food up the stairs to the kitchen, but we knew that going in by reading the reviews.

We’ve stayed at this house in the past and it was much nicer and more well stocked, cozier. The sheets were ripped and the towels cheap, old. The furniture is not cozy, outdoor furniture indoors. We rent yearly from Remax and will continue to every Summer, as their service and selection of homes is always great!! I HIGHLY recommend using them to book your rental!! They’re attentive, very accommodating and I love that they’re local.

My family really enjoyed staying here. We loved walking into the main living room and seeing that gorgeous view of the ocean and being steps away from the beach. The space was definitely big enough to accommodate our large family and check-in and check-out were easy. We were missing some amenities (like washcloths and a dish sponge) and communication wasn't the strongest on the weekend (the robot I was texting with wasn't able to answer certain questions). But overall, we were satisfied with this rental.

The house has a great charm to it. Fabulous location.

The master bedroom is huge with a sitting area, but the bed creaked terribly and we couldn't enjoy the sleep.
The house didn't get the deep cleaning that we have paid for.
Otherwise the location was Fabulous. The beach was almost private.

The house is priced for good value. However, the maintenance and kitchen supplies could be improved. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not have ANY knives larger than a steak knife. I purchased a cutting knife so meals could be prepared.

The rental was the perfect location! We had an incredible experience overall and we have already booked it again. best weekend!!!!

In order to prepare the next guest, I would have to say there were two areas that need attention.

1. it really needs a bit of an update. there was a huge lack of pots , pans, cooking supplies. it was super tough to prepare meals. Also , no foil, wrap or anything to assist in the process. I would recommend the bath towels be replaced and there were no beach towels when we were told there would be.

2. The bathroom in the main bedroom has some weird smell that just wouldn't go away. The shade in the guest bedroom wouldn't go up.

but overall, such a great find and we made such amazing memories.

My aunt’s dying wish was to rent a beach house where she could listen to and watch the waves crashing on the shore. Well the big blue beauty was perfect for this. The view was magnificent.

Now the not so positive. The TV in the main living area did not work. The TV would turn on but there was no cable subscription so we could not watch the news or NFL football.

The house was advertised as 3 bedroom and 5 baths but really had only 3 baths. There was a 4th bath in the garage but not convenient to use. No idea where the missing 5th bath was. We couldn’t find it. But really who needs 5 baths?

The bed in the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd level (the cheetah room) was horrible. It squeaks every time someone sits on it, rolls over, or gets out of bed.

The home overall did not have the kitchenware for a house with a rental at this price. The house sleeps 6 but does not have 6 water glasses. While there were 6 juice glasses there were not 6 larger drinking glasses. The pans were spread throughout the cabinets and were cheap and flimsy. We couldn’t cook fried eggs without it becoming scrambled eggs due to the poor quality of pans. We had chili one night and had to buy a cook pot to use as there were only small sauce pans.

The house has a spiral staircase that is not pictured. My aunt was in a wheelchair so it was difficult getting her up to the main floor. The home description does mention this but a picture would have been nice. A picture is worth a thousand words, right?

Our family had a great stay at the Big Blue Beauty right on the sand of Hollywood Beach. Slept five very comfortably. Location is perfect and the view from the second floor balcony is just beautiful. The house was perfect for our little friends getaway. The views from the home were gorgeous and the beach was quiet - just exactly what we were looking for. The property was clean and it was very easy to communicate with the management. I would stay here again in the future. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway.

View and location was great. Such a convenience to be able to walk into the beach and play with the kids and dog. The house had doggy bowls which were very helpful. The kids enjoyed the small cubby room upstairs to hang out and play.

We are definitely coming back in the future.

My family really enjoyed staying here. We loved walking into the main living room and seeing that gorgeous view of the ocean and being steps away from the beach. The space was definitely big enough to accommodate our large family and check-in and check-out were easy. We were missing some amenities (like washcloths and a dish sponge) and communication wasn't the strongest on the weekend (the robot I was texting with wasn't able to answer certain questions). But overall, we were satisfied with this rental.

This house is beautiful. The view from the second floor ( main gathering area) is to die for. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. Having a wet bar with mini fridge and ice maker on the bottom floor ( beach floor) made it so convenient to bring snacks and drinks outside. The only downside is carrying ice chests and bags of food up the stairs to the kitchen, but we knew that going in by reading the reviews.

We’ve stayed at this house in the past and it was much nicer and more well stocked, cozier. The sheets were ripped and the towels cheap, old. The furniture is not cozy, outdoor furniture indoors. We rent yearly from Remax and will continue to every Summer, as their service and selection of homes is always great!! I HIGHLY recommend using them to book your rental!! They’re attentive, very accommodating and I love that they’re local.

I loved this place. Beautiful view and well stocked with cooking supplies and the bathrooms with toiletries shampoo. They only thing I did not care for was the beds they were very hard and the first floors bathroom and the floors were very dirty. I went to wipe up some coffee that spilled and the napkin was black from the dirt. But with that said I would highly recommend this place.

The house is priced for good value. However, the maintenance and kitchen supplies could be improved. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not have ANY knives larger than a steak knife. I purchased a cutting knife so meals could be prepared.

I was very pleased with the rental property. The exterior is a bit underwhelming, but the interior living room and kitchen were beautiful. The bedrooms and bath were nice, clean and comfortable.

However, the rental agreement was quite extensive. If I had seen all of their restrictions, before I booked the property, I may not have proceeded. I have rented many vacation properties, and have not run in to these issues before.
The limit on daytime guests was 50% of total occupancy which was (3)! There clearly was sleeping available for more than (6), but if you had more you could be evicted and forfeit the $1000 deposit.
The departure time was 10:00 a.m. sharp. You would be charged $25 every hour beyond that AND forfeit the $1000 deposit.
It has now been 17 days since our departure of the property and I’m still waiting for my $1000 security deposit back. When I contacted ReMax, I was told it could take up to 21 days. So we’ll see?

The house has a great charm to it. Fabulous location.

The master bedroom is huge with a sitting area, but the bed creaked terribly and we couldn't enjoy the sleep.
The house didn't get the deep cleaning that we have paid for.
Otherwise the location was Fabulous. The beach was almost private.

Our family had a great stay at the Big Blue Beauty right on the sand of Hollywood Beach. Slept five very comfortably. Location is perfect and the view from the second floor balcony is just beautiful. The house is well-stocked with the essentials and was spotless on our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

My aunt’s dying wish was to rent a beach house where she could listen to and watch the waves crashing on the shore. Well the big blue beauty was perfect for this. The view was magnificent.

Now the not so positive. The TV in the main living area did not work. The TV would turn on but there was no cable subscription so we could not watch the news or NFL football.

The house was advertised as 3 bedroom and 5 baths but really had only 3 baths. There was a 4th bath in the garage but not convenient to use. No idea where the missing 5th bath was. We couldn’t find it. But really who needs 5 baths?

The bed in the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd level (the cheetah room) was horrible. It squeaks every time someone sits on it, rolls over, or gets out of bed.

The home overall did not have the kitchenware for a house with a rental at this price. The house sleeps 6 but does not have 6 water glasses. While there were 6 juice glasses there were not 6 larger drinking glasses. The pans were spread throughout the cabinets and were cheap and flimsy. We couldn’t cook fried eggs without it becoming scrambled eggs due to the poor quality of pans. We had chili one night and had to buy a cook pot to use as there were only small sauce pans.

The house has a spiral staircase that is not pictured. My aunt was in a wheelchair so it was difficult getting her up to the main floor. The home description does mention this but a picture would have been nice. A picture is worth a thousand words, right?

The Big Blue Beauty is a perfect location. You couldn't ask for a better layout of the house. We had a few issues with it. There was construction in the house next door which was noisy. I did call about the noise and I was refunded 10% by the owner. The microwave vent was going on and off all night. The doors to the balcony didn't lock and made it hard to relax Knowing it wasn't locked. The Blinder was broken. We ended our trip and had to strip the sheets off the beds we used I was rather disgusted with the pillows and the mattresses. they were dirty and stained. Also, there were 5 remote controls to the TV but no direction. Not that we wanted to watch TV but it would have been nice to see the news.

The rental was the perfect location! We had an incredible experience overall and we have already booked it again. best weekend!!!!

In order to prepare the next guest, I would have to say there were two areas that need attention.

1. it really needs a bit of an update. there was a huge lack of pots , pans, cooking supplies. it was super tough to prepare meals. Also , no foil, wrap or anything to assist in the process. I would recommend the bath towels be replaced and there were no beach towels when we were told there would be.

2. The bathroom in the main bedroom has some weird smell that just wouldn't go away. The shade in the guest bedroom wouldn't go up.

but overall, such a great find and we made such amazing memories.

The house was very clean/comfortable, and the view was stunning! There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and walking out to a wall to wall view of the ocean while making coffee/breakfast. And the sunset were incredible too.

The house was great: more than enough room, well-appointed, lots of extras (video game console, toys and things for the beach, bikes, 3 coffee makers!), closer to the water than some other houses we've stayed at. The elevator was a big plus for our wheelchair! A negative might be the proximity to the fenced-off naval base (rather ugly), but it did provide an alley to walk to the water avoiding trudging through the sand. Not a negative but for management to consider: we arrived on a Saturday and the trash bins outside were already full to the brim (trash day is Thurs.) so we had nowhere to throw our trash. A phone call to management apparently didn't merit a reply. We also noticed the the toaster oven had a broken knob, rendering it useless, and for some reason many of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. The place was clean and more than expected. I would recommend it.

The pictures do not do enough justice to this beautiful house. Everything was cleaned and well supplied with everything you could possibly need at the beach. The best would be the property management. They were extremely responsive, helpful and beyond professional. I highly recommend them.

We absolutely loved our stay, we thought that the beach access next to the house would be an issue but wasn’t at all. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped kitchens I’ve seen at a rental. Would rent again! Heat house!

We vacation in beach houses every summer, but this beach house has been better than anyone we have ever rented. The high-end appliances are complimented by stocking of every type of cookware you could possibly desire. Whenever you thought of something you needed or wanted -- it was there. The seating was comfortable, plentiful, and did not collect the sand from the beach. This was true of the entire house. The flooring was an excellent selection so that any of the sand that made it into the house was not tracked all over the house. The house was also immaculate when we arrived.

The wide open doors on the main level and the third level opened up to a patio brought the beautiful beach view right into the house. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The location worked great as it was fairly central to where our kids live (Phoenix and SF) and we could all meet there for a nice long-weekend family trip. The house was very comfortable and worked for our needs and the 4th of July fireworks on the beach were great! We would rent it again.

The house is beautiful and well kept. The views are gorgeous and loved waking up to watch the surfers. I enjoyed the many fuzzy blankets available - perfect for chilly evenings by the fire or outside. There were a few updates I made management aware of but nothing that impacted our stay.

The house was great: more than enough room, well-appointed, lots of extras (video game console, toys and things for the beach, bikes, 3 coffee makers!), closer to the water than some other houses we've stayed at. The elevator was a big plus for our wheelchair! A negative might be the proximity to the fenced-off naval base (rather ugly), but it did provide an alley to walk to the water avoiding trudging through the sand. Not a negative but for management to consider: we arrived on a Saturday and the trash bins outside were already full to the brim (trash day is Thurs.) so we had nowhere to throw our trash. A phone call to management apparently didn't merit a reply. We also noticed the the toaster oven had a broken knob, rendering it useless, and for some reason many of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. The place was clean and more than expected. I would recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay, we thought that the beach access next to the house would be an issue but wasn’t at all. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped kitchens I’ve seen at a rental. Would rent again! Heat house!

The house is beautiful and well kept. The views are gorgeous and loved waking up to watch the surfers. I enjoyed the many fuzzy blankets available - perfect for chilly evenings by the fire or outside. There were a few updates I made management aware of but nothing that impacted our stay.

We stayed at 3321 Ocean dr, Oxnard
The two story home beautiful, All the rooms have been updated along with all bathrooms. The second floor overlooked the entrance to the Channel Islands harbor. I would recommend this to anyone and will consider staying there again

We loved the house. Well appointed, excellent location, nice value for the money. Just be warned that the rental co charges $100 for check-in after 5:00 and checkout is 10:00 a.m. Not so customer friendly. They were, however, quick to respond with supplies when need for the house.

Great house! Extremely clean with high-end amenities! Right on the sand. Awesome deck and amazing views from the 2nd floor. It's a little bit of a walk to the water (about 1000 feet). We really enjoyed staying here and walking on the beach several times a day. The beach is very private. Can't wait to come back!

Warm up by the fire after a long day at the beach or maybe watch a movie with some hot chocolate. If you have some work to catch up on, there is even a desk area! Our three-generation family of 8 found this to be an excellent choice for our one week vacation. The master downstairs was good for me with bad knees. We allowed others to use the bathroom rather than running upstairs or when someone else was showering upstairs. The heated pool and spa was a huge hit and was used a lot. We walked the 1/2 mile to the beach once or twice a day, but really preferred the pool. Great location, quiet neighborhood and well equipped. Would love to return.

Loved the pool, house met our needs. Would recommend a book available with needed information, like where to find remotes for pool, how to use some appliances. Property would benefit from updated bathrooms and the dishwasher needs relaced. They staff at Remax were very helpful and responded promptly to our questions.

We loved the house in Ventura. The pool and hot tub made it! I only wish it had been heated sooner but we figured it out within a day. The location was great! We walked most places. Very family friendly house. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and most of what you’d need.

The living room furniture was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The kitchen was not stocked at all. No salt and pepper or olive oil even, so just be prepared to bring anything you might need for cooking. Also to pool takes a really long time to heat up. The beach is a very easy walk, and it was overall a great place to stay.

We chose this property for its location it was centrally located for the whole family it had more than ample room for everybody location was the biggest plus property also had a wonderful swimming pool that everybody enjoyed and were able to prepare meals and watch the Dodgers game altogether.

Unsatisfactory condition of the property. Plumbing issues. Garbage issues. Safety issues. The only good thing was a pool (and location), but the house is not in a good condition and we had to fix and clean a lot of things on our own to stay there.

Stay here for the location and the pool/spa. The bathrooms need some updating and simple fixes to make it a little more private and convenient for bigger groups/families. The beds were not very comfortable, but were fine for a couple of nights. Other than that, the location is amazing and there were lots of parks and nice walks to do with kids. We spent a lot of time in the spa and pool, which both kids and adults loved!

Welcome to our newest addition to our Vacation Rental family! Located in the gorgeous Ventura Keys, this property is situated close to restaurants, shops, Ventura's downtown Main Street, and the Pacific Ocean! Upon entering the property, you are greeted with the light and airy openness of the living room. With its wood flooring, large, plush couches, and brick fireplace, you and your family will have a relaxing time while enjoying this space. Just outside the windowed, double doors, you will gain access to the stunning backyard. The backyard features tall walls for your privacy as well as the only private pool we have in all of our Vacation Rentals! The pool, which was recently remodeled, has a retractable automatic cover, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and built-in outdoor kitchen for those warm summer night bbq's. Back inside the home to the left of the living room you will find the kitchen. With its tiled flooring, long countertops, and updated appliances, this kitchen will provide you with all you need when it comes to your cooking expeditions. To the right of the living room, you will also find the first bedroom, which features a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV as well as its own personal en-suite. The en-suite features a shower as well as his and her sinks. Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom features two full beds and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom features a mounted flat screen TV and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. The master features a king sized bed as well as a large window overlooking the serene surrounding area. All bedrooms feature wood flooring as well. The bathroom is also located on the second floor and comes with a shower/tub combo as well as his and hers sinks. The house was clean and beautiful. The grandkids loved playing games in the pool. We all enjoyed the pool and spa. We cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The week was wonderful.

Loved the pool, house met our needs. Would recommend a book available with needed information, like where to find remotes for pool, how to use some appliances. Property would benefit from updated bathrooms and the dishwasher needs relaced. They staff at Remax were very helpful and responded promptly to our questions.

Our three-generation family of 8 found this to be an excellent choice for our one week vacation. The master downstairs was good for me with bad knees. We allowed others to use the bathroom rather than running upstairs or when someone else was showering upstairs. The heated pool and spa was a huge hit and was used a lot. We walked the 1/2 mile to the beach once or twice a day, but really preferred the pool. Great location, quiet neighborhood and well equipped. Would love to return.

Stay here for the location and the pool/spa. The bathrooms need some updating and simple fixes to make it a little more private and convenient for bigger groups/families. The beds were not very comfortable, but were fine for a couple of nights. Other than that, the location is amazing and there were lots of parks and nice walks to do with kids. We spent a lot of time in the spa and pool, which both kids and adults loved!

Unsatisfactory condition of the property. Plumbing issues. Garbage issues. Safety issues. The only good thing was a pool (and location), but the house is not in a good condition and we had to fix and clean a lot of things on our own to stay there.

We chose this property for its location it was centrally located for the whole family it had more than ample room for everybody location was the biggest plus property also had a wonderful swimming pool that everybody enjoyed and were able to prepare meals and watch the Dodgers game altogether.

The living room furniture was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The kitchen was not stocked at all. No salt and pepper or olive oil even, so just be prepared to bring anything you might need for cooking. Also to pool takes a really long time to heat up. The beach is a very easy walk, and it was overall a great place to stay.
