Enter into the Ventura Dream Retreat to be greeted by absolutely stunning décor that perfectly combines luxury with relaxation. The front door opens up into the spacious living area with large windows that allow so much natural light to fill the room! The living area leads into the dining room with a beautiful and modern dining table that seats up to eight. Head further into the house to the second living area. The second living area has a fireplace, a flat screen tv and the most comfortable sectional you can imagine. Along the kitchen bar, are bar stools that offer three additional seats. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. This all white kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, will make you want to cook every meal! Just down the hallway is the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Every bedroom has been elegantly decorated. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. In the master bathroom, find a beautiful tile bathtub, a separate walk in shower and the washer and dryer! The second bedroom has another queen-sized bed and great sized closet. The third bedroom has two wooden bunkbeds! Just outside is the spacious backyard. The backyard has a grass lawn and a large patio sectional with an umbrella! The home is located perfectly central in Ventura, CA. Just a five minute drive from the very popular Pierpont beach, with local restaurant and shopping. Less than ten minutes from Downtown Ventura, the pier, and more! This property has A/C. This property is available monthly. Wonderful home with plenty of space for our family reunion. 5 bedrooms with queen beds - so hard to find! Gourmet kitchen on 2nd floor and smaller kitchen on first floor. 4 balconies total! Very comfortable and the weather was ideal!

We brought our family together this in late July for a reunion. The feel of the home is very casual, and warm. The large kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The living areas were comfortable, and windows were great for catching that great afternoon breeze. All bathrooms were nicer than expected and encough for our needs. The beach is just across street. Quite a few amenities for beach fun, too! All in all Searenity was just right for us, and the large TV was perfect for catching up on the Olympics!

We were 3 families; 6 adults, 3 toddler age children and each family was able to have their own floor in this well planned, well equipped home, conveniently located across the street from a beach access and a short walk to the harbor/marina and Honey Cup Café. There also was a market and cafe around the corner. We went to a farmer's market on Sunday, also a short walk from the home. Topper's Pizza was a 3 minute drive away and Von's Market 6 minutes.
We were grateful to see the house was equipped with 2 child proof gates separating the 3 levels. The large well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals together and the large dining table in the adjacent area accommodated all of us at meal time.
The lounge (on the main floor with the kitchen) was so comfortable and a gas lit fireplace added a convivial atmosphere in the evening.
The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms served us well. The beds were made with comfortable linens and pillows. The bathrooms were stocked with bath towels. I suggest a chair be added to the 3rd floor bedroom.
Everything was clean and well maintained. However, the dutch door off the dining area that leads out to a small deck, could not be secured. This was a worry with toddlers and probably an easy fix.
There was a beach wagon, toys, and lots of beach towels located in the garage, along with 4 bikes, a ping pong table and W/D.
We enjoyed 5 nights at Searenity and could not take advantage of the many amenities offered with the home.
The home and our vacation time there exceeded our expectations.

We are regular renters of homes in this area, with quite particular requirements. While we have enjoyed most of our rentals, this is the first we are interested in renting again. Views of the ocean from the main living space and large, nicely furnished decks on two sides of the house. Off street parking for multiple cars and beach access right across the street.

Beautiful home by the beach

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home in Oxnard. We were on a "girls" get-away with family. The home is amazing. It is 3 levels so it might not work for anyone with mobility issues but we loved the spaciousness. The middle level was the gathering spot but people could have a quiet time in their own room or in one of the many outdoor patios. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The beds are comfy. 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful home!
We loved the location- you can walk to the beach, to the channel, and to restaurants. There is a great breakfast spot just around the corner.
The management team always got right back to us if we had any questions or issues.
For our yearly get aways we tend to go to a different spot each year, but I think we will come back here next year.

Great Beach House

This was the perfect house for a family vacation. The kitchen was incredible, high end appliances, and stocked with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and glasses that you could possibly want. We really appreciate it all the games to play including the ping pong table in the garage and the connect four game on the back patio.

The bathrooms included plenty of towels and everything else you could need, and each bedroom had its own heater and a couple even had dehumidifiers. This is an addition to the main heating and cooling system. The first level sweet with two bedrooms, a bath, and a kitchenette really did feel like its own home with a door that could be closed to separated off from the main house.
The three outdoor decks were really great and had very nice views.
I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice rental right on the beach, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Very, clean updated house with great space to spread out. Separate area downstairs is great for a family to have their own space to relax. The house is so great! Everything you needed - kitchen stocked with all the supplies and labeled, plenty of bedding and towels, etc. The garage was so fun - and had anything needed for the beach! Beach access was right there and the beach was beautiful!
We had 10 people and it never felt too crowded.
The managers were VERY responsive to any questions or needs.
One thing that was not a problem but good to know - the breaker trips often for the bathrooms - I think it was when a hair dryer was used. Not a big problem - just an FYI.
We would stay again and again!

I booked this for my sister’s bachelorette party and every thing about the house was fantastic. The location is quiet, peaceful, and walking distance to restaurants. The house is massive and can comfortably fit 10 people without feeling cramped.

The rental company was on it with communication and were only a text a way if you needed anything.

Overall it was a great house on the beach for a great price.

Lots of room for my 4 generation staycation to celebrate an 80 th bday. Easy access to sand/surf. We found the fireplace to be such a joy in the early morning hours and enjoyed using the kitchen. Stairs were a bit steep so the great grandparents did not venture to enjoy the top floor balconies

We are regular renters of homes in this area, with quite particular requirements. While we have enjoyed most of our rentals, this is the first we are interested in renting again. Views of the ocean from the main living space and large, nicely furnished decks on two sides of the house. Off street parking for multiple cars and beach access right across the street.

We brought our family together this in late July for a reunion. The feel of the home is very casual, and warm. The large kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The living areas were comfortable, and windows were great for catching that great afternoon breeze. All bathrooms were nicer than expected and encough for our needs. The beach is just across street. Quite a few amenities for beach fun, too! All in all Searenity was just right for us, and the large TV was perfect for catching up on the Olympics!

We were 3 families; 6 adults, 3 toddler age children and each family was able to have their own floor in this well planned, well equipped home, conveniently located across the street from a beach access and a short walk to the harbor/marina and Honey Cup Café. There also was a market and cafe around the corner. We went to a farmer's market on Sunday, also a short walk from the home. Topper's Pizza was a 3 minute drive away and Von's Market 6 minutes.
We were grateful to see the house was equipped with 2 child proof gates separating the 3 levels. The large well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals together and the large dining table in the adjacent area accommodated all of us at meal time.
The lounge (on the main floor with the kitchen) was so comfortable and a gas lit fireplace added a convivial atmosphere in the evening.
The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms served us well. The beds were made with comfortable linens and pillows. The bathrooms were stocked with bath towels. I suggest a chair be added to the 3rd floor bedroom.
Everything was clean and well maintained. However, the dutch door off the dining area that leads out to a small deck, could not be secured. This was a worry with toddlers and probably an easy fix.
There was a beach wagon, toys, and lots of beach towels located in the garage, along with 4 bikes, a ping pong table and W/D.
We enjoyed 5 nights at Searenity and could not take advantage of the many amenities offered with the home.
The home and our vacation time there exceeded our expectations.

Lots of room for my 4 generation staycation to celebrate an 80 th bday. Easy access to sand/surf. We found the fireplace to be such a joy in the early morning hours and enjoyed using the kitchen. Stairs were a bit steep so the great grandparents did not venture to enjoy the top floor balconies

I booked this for my sister’s bachelorette party and every thing about the house was fantastic. The location is quiet, peaceful, and walking distance to restaurants. The house is massive and can comfortably fit 10 people without feeling cramped.

The rental company was on it with communication and were only a text a way if you needed anything.

Overall it was a great house on the beach for a great price.

The house is so great! Everything you needed - kitchen stocked with all the supplies and labeled, plenty of bedding and towels, etc. The garage was so fun - and had anything needed for the beach! Beach access was right there and the beach was beautiful!
We had 10 people and it never felt too crowded.
The managers were VERY responsive to any questions or needs.
One thing that was not a problem but good to know - the breaker trips often for the bathrooms - I think it was when a hair dryer was used. Not a big problem - just an FYI.
We would stay again and again!

This was the perfect house for a family vacation. The kitchen was incredible, high end appliances, and stocked with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and glasses that you could possibly want. We really appreciate it all the games to play including the ping pong table in the garage and the connect four game on the back patio.

The bathrooms included plenty of towels and everything else you could need, and each bedroom had its own heater and a couple even had dehumidifiers. This is an addition to the main heating and cooling system. The first level sweet with two bedrooms, a bath, and a kitchenette really did feel like its own home with a door that could be closed to separated off from the main house.
The three outdoor decks were really great and had very nice views.
I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice rental right on the beach, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home in Oxnard. We were on a "girls" get-away with family. The home is amazing. It is 3 levels so it might not work for anyone with mobility issues but we loved the spaciousness. The middle level was the gathering spot but people could have a quiet time in their own room or in one of the many outdoor patios. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The beds are comfy. 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful home!
We loved the location- you can walk to the beach, to the channel, and to restaurants. There is a great breakfast spot just around the corner.
The management team always got right back to us if we had any questions or issues.
For our yearly get aways we tend to go to a different spot each year, but I think we will come back here next year.

This property hit the most important points. The location and beach access were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces big enough for the whole family. The management team was impressively responsive. There were also enough towels which is not always the case in vacation homes. A couple of things to note- the futon is only big enough for a child and when we laid it flat had some sand in it... it’s a beach house though, there’s going to sand. There are a lot of stairs so if there are people in your group where that is a concern that is something to be aware of. My biggest concern was that the upstairs deck was not kid safe. The horizontal railing had about a foot of space between the next rail and the vertical railings were very far apart. We just had a rule where there had to be an adult out there whenever kids wanted to go out. Finding outlets in the bedrooms was a big challenge. Also there was a real lack of overhead lighting. The decor is pretty dated which doesn’t bother me but if that is important to you is something to know.

This property hit the most important points. The location and beach access were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces big enough for the whole family. The management team was impressively responsive. There were also enough towels which is not always the case in vacation homes. A couple of things to note- the futon is only big enough for a child and when we laid it flat had some sand in it... it’s a beach house though, there’s going to sand. There are a lot of stairs so if there are people in your group where that is a concern that is something to be aware of. My biggest concern was that the upstairs deck was not kid safe. The horizontal railing had about a foot of space between the next rail and the vertical railings were very far apart. We just had a rule where there had to be an adult out there whenever kids wanted to go out. Finding outlets in the bedrooms was a big challenge. Also there was a real lack of overhead lighting. The decor is pretty dated which doesn’t bother me but if that is important to you is something to know.

Right on the sand. Huge. Lots of sitting areas. Few things not working but mgmt company easy to work with. Quick response.

This beach cottage is absolutely adorable and perfect for a beach getaway! The location is fantastic. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was good and check in and out were both very easy. The only improvement needed is comfortable beds - the mattresses were very loud and uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well at all. I’ve already let management know. If the mattresses improve, we would stay again for sure - everything else was fabulous for our beach vacation!

Sweet little cottage right around the corner from the beach! Perfect place for our home base after days of hiking. Close to restaurants and shops. Wish I could pick it up and put it on a lake closer to home. ��

This home was clean and very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available. The beach was right around the corner.

This cute beach house fit our family of 5 perfectly. The location is wonderful (super short/easy walk to beach and a great cafe around the corner for breakfast or lunch.) Not a ton of space to hang out together in the living room, but it was ok as the bedrooms are spacious and all have TV's.

Our stay on Sunset Lane in Oxnard was absolutely wonderful. The house was perfect for our family of five. There are shops and restaurants close by. Working with Courtney for all the house needs was a breeze. The absolute best part was the proximity to the beach, can't beat that anywhere. We are already looking into dates when we can go back, but this time for longer.

This beach cottage is absolutely adorable and perfect for a beach getaway! The location is fantastic. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was good and check in and out were both very easy. The only improvement needed is comfortable beds - the mattresses were very loud and uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well at all. I’ve already let management know. If the mattresses improve, we would stay again for sure - everything else was fabulous for our beach vacation!

Our stay on Sunset Lane in Oxnard was absolutely wonderful. The house was perfect for our family of five. There are shops and restaurants close by. Working with Courtney for all the house needs was a breeze. The absolute best part was the proximity to the beach, can't beat that anywhere. We are already looking into dates when we can go back, but this time for longer.

2 blocks to the beach, quiet neighborhood, very clean and a comfortable stay for 3 people. The weather was a pain but that’s the travel business.

This home was clean and very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available. The beach was right around the corner.

Sweet little cottage right around the corner from the beach! Perfect place for our home base after days of hiking. Close to restaurants and shops. Wish I could pick it up and put it on a lake closer to home.
