Lovely home, very clean, and a fantastic location! Gorgeous. We arrived so excited for our week stay, long days at the beach, hot tub at night, grilling, and the rest. The property managers are negligent in checking to see if all items are working. The hot tub did not work at all, the gas grill was filthy and out of gas, one of the main TV's did not work, and thank goodness we brought our towels as there they were threadbare and barely enough to go around. I feel for the owners, and the place was spotless and beautifully done up and no doubt they expect the management company to ensure the house was ready for guests. To stay places is not inexpensive and you pay for all items to be functioning.

This house was absolutely stunning! Had everything needed for a weeks beach vacation and then some! Steps to the beach for daily beach trips and sunset views. Perfect deck to enjoy morning coffee and watch and listen to the waves. Close to stores and easy bike rides to the park and more. House was extremely clean and so comfortable to feel at home! We had Wonderful time at this luxurious spacious home. The upstairs area had great views of the ocean and has 2 living rooms and great kitchen.

Excellent house, 3-4 houses from the beach. Very easy walking access. Well appointed and comfortable. My wife and I were there with our 2 kids who are 8 and 10, as well as my mother who's a senior. The view from window is from a little sliver of the house, but it's there. Otherwise you're looking at other houses and the street, but it's totally fine and nice. Really perfect, large house with lots of room inside and out. Very clean and solid management. We'd come here again.

Welcome to your dream vacation home located ideally in Mandalay Shores, Oxnard. The home is designed and decorated in a coastal style and is located on a large lot with a 3-car garage which leaves plenty of parking for your guests. Home is just steps from the sand and offers spectacular views of the ocean and beach from your living room! The living room offers a large wraparound sofa with flat screen television, wet bar, fireplace, and additional day bed and chairs perfect for hosting families and friends and plenty of seating to enjoy the views. There are four different decks with patio furniture to relax on and take in the fresh ocean breeze. Also on this floor is your kitchen with all of the appliances you'll need, half bath, and formal dining and family room. The family room offers comfortable couch with fireplace and flat screen television. The two upstairs TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Spectrum cable. On the first floor are your two guest bedrooms, guest bathroom, master bedroom, and laundry area. Master suite includes oversized tub, king size bed, fireplace, double vanity sinks with large walk-in shower and easy access to backyard from master bedroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Backyard offers large table and chairs, gas grill, heated spa, and heated outdoor shower! There is also a printer/scanner available for guest to use. Other amenities include boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys to use at your convenience. This house was absolutely stunning! Had everything needed for a weeks beach vacation and then some! Steps to the beach for daily beach trips and sunset views. Perfect deck to enjoy morning coffee and watch and listen to the waves. Close to stores and easy bike rides to the park and more. House was extremely clean and so comfortable to feel at home! Will definitely recommend this home to EVERYONE! Had an amazing family vacation!

Lovely home, very clean, and a fantastic location! Gorgeous. We arrived so excited for our week stay, long days at the beach, hot tub at night, grilling, and the rest. The property managers are negligent in checking to see if all items are working. The hot tub did not work at all, the gas grill was filthy and out of gas, one of the main TV's did not work, and thank goodness we brought our towels as there they were threadbare and barely enough to go around. I feel for the owners, and the place was spotless and beautifully done up and no doubt they expect the management company to ensure the house was ready for guests. To stay places is not inexpensive and you pay for all items to be functioning.

We had Wonderful time at this luxurious spacious home. The upstairs area had great views of the ocean and has 2 living rooms and great kitchen.
All bedrooms were downstairs and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on going again.

We had eight ladies in this house and it was perfect, very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped, top of the line appliances. The cabinetry and bathrooms looked as if they had been recently remodeled, just beautiful. Brand new beach chairs, towels and umbrella, very much appreciated.
My guests were very impressed with my rental choice, as was I.
Communication with ReMax was great, and response time promptly.

This is a modern home with plenty of a room for a large family. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. There is a keurig coffee maker too. There are newer beach chairs and a few boogie boards in the garage. There are also a few bikes but we did not have a chance to use them. This house is right on the beach. This is a 3 story house so there are a lot of stairs. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We found property just as pictured. Amazing location and views. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Property was in general maintained, but outdoor furniture could use replaced. Indoor furnishings are high end but in need of deep cleaning as well as the floor. Overall we were very comfortable with our stay. Family of 10 were comfortable and each family unit (5 units)were able to have their own private space. Surroundings were peaceful, we felt safe day and night and beach was mildly active but quiet and private for most of our stay. Upstairs Master Suite.. incredible! Kitchen was used frequently.. pretty well stocked except no drinking pitchers or cookie sheets. Huge refrigerator and freezer with ample ice. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed a relaxing environment with many sights of marine life viewed from balcony and beautiful ships to watch. Close to Beach Volleyball court and sand and beachfront well maintained. Great place for a young to growing family.. or for an adult get away.

Our extended family celebrated Thanksgiving week in this home and we simply couldn't have picked a better home to stay in. Each family had their own "zone" yet there was plenty of space for us to gather as a group, too. This was just an outstanding experience for kids and adults alike with the beach and ocean right out our door. We had comfortable furnishings, the home was well equipped in a great location, and we received excellent service from the property manager when we couldn't locate kitchen towels or the vacuum. This was a 10 for us!

We visited for 3 days before Christmas 2023 for what has become our yearly stay on the Strand with children and grandchildren. The grandkids love it and look forward to it. Every year, for the past 6 years, we have picked a different house on the beach. This house is the best we have rented. It is very spacious, clean and well appointed. We found property just as pictured. Amazing location and views. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Property was in general maintained, but outdoor furniture could use replaced. Indoor furnishings are high end but in need of deep cleaning as well as the floor. Overall we were very comfortable with our stay. Family of 10 were comfortable and each family unit (5 units)were able to have their own private space. Surroundings were peaceful, we felt safe day and night and beach was mildly active but quiet and private for most of our stay. Upstairs Master Suite.. incredible! Kitchen was used frequently.. pretty well stocked except no drinking pitchers or cookie sheets. Huge refrigerator and freezer with ample ice. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed a relaxing environment with many sights of marine life viewed from balcony and beautiful ships to watch. Close to Beach Volleyball court and sand and beachfront well maintained. Great place for a young to growing family.. or for an adult get away.

This is a modern home with plenty of a room for a large family. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. There is a keurig coffee maker too. There are newer beach chairs and a few boogie boards in the garage. There are also a few bikes but we did not have a chance to use them. This house is right on the beach. This is a 3 story house so there are a lot of stairs. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had eight ladies in this house and it was perfect, very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped, top of the line appliances. The cabinetry and bathrooms looked as if they had been recently remodeled, just beautiful. Brand new beach chairs, towels and umbrella, very much appreciated.
My guests were very impressed with my rental choice, as was I.
Communication with ReMax was great, and response time promptly.

We had a wonderful time! Almost everything was perfect, except some needed maintenance : screen doors were in bad shape and didn't lock, upholtstery was stained, upstairs air conditioning (yes, we needed it) was in need of adjusting.

The house was extremely nice and I only have two comments for improvement: The noise level between floors is very loud and perhaps adding carpet/rugs could dampen the sounds; some of the outdoor chairs need replacement.

We visited for 3 days before Christmas 2023 for what has become our yearly stay on the Strand with children and grandchildren. The grandkids love it and look forward to it. Every year, for the past 6 years, we have picked a different house on the beach. This house is the best we have rented. It is very spacious, clean and well appointed. We highly recommend this house without reservation.

Our extended family celebrated Thanksgiving week in this home and we simply couldn't have picked a better home to stay in. Each family had their own "zone" yet there was plenty of space for us to gather as a group, too. This was just an outstanding experience for kids and adults alike with the beach and ocean right out our door. We had comfortable furnishings, the home was well equipped in a great location, and we received excellent service from the property manager when we couldn't locate kitchen towels or the vacuum. This was a 10 for us!

The kitchen has all white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for two. The living room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to the sundeck. The sundeck is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, an umbrella, and a patio table with seating for four. The main bedroom is located on the second floor with a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. Back on the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, both with a sliding glass door leading to the patio. The first bedroom has a desk, and murphy bed. The second room has a queen-sized bed. We have stayed at beach houses managed by the Remax team for at least 10 years. The team is amazingly helpful and efficient. This house was a favorite. We had an extended-family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room! The house is very clean, well equipped and very close to the beach! We highly recommend this house and the Remax Stay at the Sea Team.

The location was excellent, and the home was beautiful and comfortable. It fit the needs of a family of 8 adults and a baby for the weekend. We loved the beach access and roof top deck. There were beach amenities in the garage, and a smart "tar station" at the door. Relax Gold Coast was very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, comfortable home. Small inconveniences: lack of window coverings on front windows, loose toilet seat in downstairs bathroom, uncomfortable dining chairs (need cushions), no wine opener.
Beware of tar on the beach! Have to clean feet with baby oil & WD-40 after our daily beach walks.
We did have a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We have rented many summers in Oxnard and this is one of our favorites. The home is in wonderful condition and the layout was perfect for our large multi-generational family. Although the total square footage is on the smaller side for a 4 bedroom house, but the bedrooms are all good size for sharing, a bathroom on each floor, a dining table that can seat 10, and adequate living room sitting. The upstairs balcony (and many windows) has a great ocean view, as the house across the street is small, and very comfortable outside seating. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area of Hollywood Beach, close to Harbor and beach access is also very close. We will definitely be back!

Located just across the street from the wide, uncrowded sands of Hollywood Beach, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers ocean views, multiple living spaces, and everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The home is ideally located within walking distance to the Channel Islands Harbor and just a short drive to Seabridge restaurants, shops, and waterfront dining. On the first floor, you’ll find two comfortable guest bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, along with a full bathroom. One bedroom also features a flat-screen TV for added entertainment. The second floor features the main living area with an open-concept layout connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Relax after a day at the beach with the flat-screen TV and cozy fireplace. Pull out couch in the living room has a queen size bed. The dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests, (with brand new​ dining chairs) while the updated kitchen features navy blue cabinetry, new countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware and essentials needed for preparing meals at home. ​The third floor has the third bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed and a twin futon, along with a nearby full bathroom.​ The ​4​th bedroom is dedicated to the spacious primary suite. This private retreat includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, fireplace, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and an additional king-sized futon for extra sleeping space. A private door leads directly to the rooftop sundeck. The rooftop deck offers beautiful ocean views and is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, sunset views, or the coastal breeze. Additional amenities include: Laundry located in the downstairs hallway closet Two surfboards, one boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels available for guest use Garage parking for one vehicle. Great location, comfortable home. Small inconveniences: lack of window coverings on front windows, loose toilet seat in downstairs bathroom, uncomfortable dining chairs (need cushions), no wine opener.
Beware of tar on the beach! Have to clean feet with baby oil & WD-40 after our daily beach walks.
We did have a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The location was excellent, and the home was beautiful and comfortable. It fit the needs of a family of 8 adults and a baby for the weekend. We loved the beach access and roof top deck. There were beach amenities in the garage, and a smart "tar station" at the door. Relax Gold Coast was very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at beach houses managed by the Remax team for at least 10 years. The team is amazingly helpful and efficient. This house was a favorite. We had an extended-family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room! The house is very clean, well equipped and very close to the beach! We highly recommend this house and the Remax Stay at the Sea Team.

We have rented many summers in Oxnard and this is one of our favorites. The home is in wonderful condition and the layout was perfect for our large multi-generational family. Although the total square footage is on the smaller side for a 4 bedroom house, but the bedrooms are all good size for sharing, a bathroom on each floor, a dining table that can seat 10, and adequate living room sitting. The upstairs balcony (and many windows) has a great ocean view, as the house across the street is small, and very comfortable outside seating. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area of Hollywood Beach, close to Harbor and beach access is also very close. We will definitely be back!

This property hit the most important points. The location and beach access were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces big enough for the whole family. The management team was impressively responsive. There were also enough towels which is not always the case in vacation homes. A couple of things to note- the futon is only big enough for a child and when we laid it flat had some sand in it... it’s a beach house though, there’s going to sand. There are a lot of stairs so if there are people in your group where that is a concern that is something to be aware of. My biggest concern was that the upstairs deck was not kid safe. The horizontal railing had about a foot of space between the next rail and the vertical railings were very far apart. We just had a rule where there had to be an adult out there whenever kids wanted to go out. Finding outlets in the bedrooms was a big challenge. Also there was a real lack of overhead lighting. The decor is pretty dated which doesn’t bother me but if that is important to you is something to know.

We could tell from the photos that the house was going to be dated and a little funky, and it was. That said, it was about $200 to $400 less per night than the fancy remolded houses right on the beach that we've stayed in before. If you're okay with wacky (mirrored walls and glass bathroom doors), but clean and right on the beach, then this place is for you! If you're bougie and have high expectations, skip. It was perfect for us and our 5 kids. The management company is great. Very communicative and accommodating.

We could tell from the photos that the house was going to be dated and a little funky, and it was. That said, it was about $200 to $400 less per night than the fancy remolded houses right on the beach that we've stayed in before. If you're okay with wacky (mirrored walls and glass bathroom doors), but clean and right on the beach, then this place is for you! If you're bougie and have high expectations, skip. It was perfect for us and our 5 kids. The management company is great. Very communicative and accommodating.

This property hit the most important points. The location and beach access were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces big enough for the whole family. The management team was impressively responsive. There were also enough towels which is not always the case in vacation homes. A couple of things to note- the futon is only big enough for a child and when we laid it flat had some sand in it... it’s a beach house though, there’s going to sand. There are a lot of stairs so if there are people in your group where that is a concern that is something to be aware of. My biggest concern was that the upstairs deck was not kid safe. The horizontal railing had about a foot of space between the next rail and the vertical railings were very far apart. We just had a rule where there had to be an adult out there whenever kids wanted to go out. Finding outlets in the bedrooms was a big challenge. Also there was a real lack of overhead lighting. The decor is pretty dated which doesn’t bother me but if that is important to you is something to know.

Right on the sand. Huge. Lots of sitting areas. Few things not working but mgmt company easy to work with. Quick response.
