Enter into the property and head up the stairs to the main level of the home. On the on this floor, the second story, you will find the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen that have beautiful ocean views. The living area has two super comfortable couches and a flat screen TV. The dining table offers seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen has all white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for two.
The living room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to the sundeck. The sundeck is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, an umbrella, and a patio table with seating for four.
The main bedroom is located on the second floor with a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom.
Back on the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, both with a sliding glass door leading to the patio. The first bedroom has a desk, and murphy bed. The second room has a queen-sized bed.

The kitchen has stunning navy blue cabinets with brand new countertops! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and a Keurig coffee maker. Just down the hallway is the second bathroom and third bedroom. This bedroom has a queen sized bed and a twin futon.
On the third story is the master bedroom suite. This room is spacious with a flat screen TV, a fireplace, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. There is also a king sized futon in this room and a door that leads to the sun deck.
This sun deck is breathtaking! With stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
Laundry is in downstairs hallway closet.
There are two surfboards and one boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels in the garage available for guests to use.
Garage offers parking for two cars.
This home is pet-friendly with a fee of $150 per pet. The maximum number of dogs in the house is 2. If you would like to bring more, prior approval is needed.
