This spacious multi-level home is designed for relaxing, entertaining, and bringing family and friends together.
First Floor
The first floor features a comfortable secondary living area that’s perfect for kids, movie nights, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. A pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space.
This level also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom:
o Bedroom 1: Two twin beds
o Bedroom 2: Queen bed with beautiful ocean and coastline views
Second Floor
The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a bright and spacious open-concept living area with incredible ocean views.
The large kitchen offers generous counter space, modern appliances, and plenty of room for preparing meals and gathering together. Guests can enjoy both a drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine for easy mornings by the ocean.
The adjacent dining area features soaring ceilings and an open, airy atmosphere perfect for family dinners and group gatherings.
Step outside onto two oceanfront patios and take in sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. These outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, outdoor meals, or simply watching the sailboats in the ocean through the telescope while listening to the waves.
The primary suite is also located on this level and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach.
Third Floor
The third-floor bedroom features sleeping arrangement for Four Guests with twin beds and trundle beds offering additional flexible sleeping space for children, teens, or other guests.
