We loved staying in this house! We had three families with young children and this was a perfect layout for us! From the arcade room, to the bunk beds and little power wheels that they drove to the beach every day, it is a great house for a family vacation. Plenty of fridge and freezer space, and many more appliances than listed. We had a few good margarita nights with the margarita machine, and there was both an iron and steamer available.
The house was very clean and in good condition. We were even able to park 3 cars including a 3rd row suv in the space provided-just make sure everyone parks on an angle with one in the garage. There is a beautiful park with a great playground walking distance from the house as well.
If we ever make it back to Oxnard, we will definitely be staying here again.

Our all adult group enjoyed our annual beach stay at the Amalfi house. We particularly appreciated having two outside areas with tables, chairs and lounges. The backyard was even accessible through the common area, which we found especially useful. And, it had both a gas grill and a gas firepit and an outside eating area. Beach towels and chairs were provided.

The house was furnished well with good sleeping, eating and relaxing space. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and other supplies, as well as a large pantry for storing our food and an extra refrigerator in the garage.

Punch code access eliminated any need for keys and there was garage space for two cars and driveway space for three.

Very nice and comfortable large home close to the beach with lots of fun amenities. Kids loved the air hockey, foosball, arcade games, power wheels and beach toys. Adults enjoyed the firepit and comfortable seating areas. Everything was clean and easy to use.

Only improvements would be replacing or painting the upstairs patio furniture which has gotten rusty and fixing some of the bikes which had broken chains and bent rims. Unfortunately there were no bike repair tools available so we were only able to use two bikes as the rest were not ready for riding.

Overall a fun and wonderful stay for our family!

This beach house is equipped to a high standard and to anticipate every need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. We have made an effort to make this home a comfortable retreat for guests of all ages. As you walk into your two story home, just a short distance from the beach, you are greeted with a dining area to the left which offers a large wooden dining table with seating for 8, a gas fire place, and wet bar area. There is also an oversized island with 3 additional bar stools. Your fully equipped kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter top space to cook and prep meals, two stovetops and a large butler's pantry. There is a separate laundry room, half bathroom, and access to your three-car garage to the side of the kitchen. The main floor bedroom offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, LG smart television, and French doors leading out to the relaxing backyard. The large living area offers an LG 65 inch television, sofa, tables and chairs, and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained! The air hockey table and foosball table will keep you entertained and having fun. Off the living area is a full size bathroom. French doors lead you out to your backyard, which includes a gas BBQ, dining table, couches, outdoor shower, and firepit. The second floor living area offers an oversized primary bedroom with a Cal king size bed, gas fireplace, LG smart television and bathroom with stand up shower and separate soaking tub. Off from the primary bedroom you will find an office area with a desk, computer monitor, keyboard, mouse and laptop docking station; a Peloton for your enjoyment (user must have their own log-in to use the bike); and a separate kids room with a twin size bunk bed, a crib, and twin size trundle bed. Two additional upstairs guest bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds, each with their own LG smart TVs. The home and location are both true gems. Our family including grandparents and toddlers had an excellent Christmas and New Years break at this practically beach front home. Sitting in the living room or the roof deck affords an excellent seat to watch the waves and the regular surfers. The beach itself is one of the friendliest and not overpopulated we’ve been to in California (and my wife grew up in So Cal). The community itself is a gem. You will be greeted by neighbors as you head onto the sand or for a walk down the strand. Within a very short walk from the house is a very large sea lion colony. Literally right on the beach. What a phenomenal treat for the kids. We really relaxed and enjoyed our time together here. The hosts are absolutely wonderful - kind, very attentive, and went over and above to accommodate our family. You will love staying here!

I really don’t have one bad thing to say about this property! We had the best vacation! Our group consisted of 3 adults and 4 kids and the space was perfect for us. Location was everything! We had one small issue with the washer and it was addressed by the property managers immediately. Can’t say enough good things! Next summer here we come!

Great property; luxurious, spacious, with many amenities. One low-lying beachfront house provides nice view from this home on main 2nd floor living area; grander view from rooftop! Worth the savings from renting a beachfront, IMHO.

We thoroughly enjoyed this Silverstrand vacation rental. It is just steps from the beach which we took full advantage of. We had daily walks on the sand, used the beach cruisers for our street exploration and watched a beautiful sunset. The rental had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. We had some difficulties with the remote control operation of various ceiling fans and window blinds. Also, the stair mats (treads) slid around. I recommend something be done to make them more secure.

The home and location are both true gems. Our family including grandparents and toddlers had an excellent Christmas and New Years break at this practically beach front home. Sitting in the living room or the roof deck affords an excellent seat to watch the waves and the regular surfers. The beach itself is one of the friendliest and not overpopulated we’ve been to in California (and my wife grew up in So Cal). The community itself is a gem. You will be greeted by neighbors as you head onto the sand or for a walk down the strand. Within a very short walk from the house is a very large sea lion colony. Literally right on the beach. What a phenomenal treat for the kids. We really relaxed and enjoyed our time together here. The hosts are absolutely wonderful - kind, very attentive, and went over and above to accommodate our family. You will love staying here!

I really don’t have one bad thing to say about this property! We had the best vacation! Our group consisted of 3 adults and 4 kids and the space was perfect for us. Location was everything! We had one small issue with the washer and it was addressed by the property managers immediately. Can’t say enough good things! Next summer here we come!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Silverstrand vacation rental. It is just steps from the beach which we took full advantage of. We had daily walks on the sand, used the beach cruisers for our street exploration and watched a beautiful sunset. The rental had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. We had some difficulties with the remote control operation of various ceiling fans and window blinds. Also, the stair mats (treads) slid around. I recommend something be done to make them more secure.

Great property; luxurious, spacious, with many amenities. One low-lying beachfront house provides nice view from this home on main 2nd floor living area; grander view from rooftop! Worth the savings from renting a beachfront, IMHO.

I recently stayed at Ca 'Sea' Ta on the Sand and it was everything I hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable— with breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the best of beach living.

The beach is quiet, and you feel like you're on vacation, although not too isolated because there are businesses within walking distance. I especially enjoy taking a morning stroll over to Honey Cup Coffeehouse.

Usually we rent a much larger house to fit the entire family, but this time it was just four of us. The Ca "sea" ta on the Sand is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Bonus: this property allows pets, so we were able to take our small dog. Truly, it had everything we needed for a relaxing few days at the beach. The kitchen is very small, but it has the essentials, including a coffee maker and blender. Everything was clean and well-organized. If you've never stayed at this beach, just be aware that the walk to the water from the houses is a bit of a distance; I only mention because my elderly parents could not make it that far, although they still enjoyed the view sitting right outside the house. The outdoor space is lovely, with Adirondack chairs facing the ocean and a spacious side patio with a picnic bench. We had access to beach towels and beach chairs as well as boogie boards. There is a washer/dryer in the garage if you need to do laundry. Communication with Remax Gold Coast is always easy. They respond quickly to any questions. We are already talking about returning to this property for another stay.

Enjoyed a wonderful tranquil weekend at this cozy beach getaway. It was the perfect size for myself and my husband, and we really enjoyed the incredible location directly on the sand! Nothing beats looking out your window to see a beautiful stretch of quiet white beach. The home was stocked very well, clean, updated, and comfortable. We walked to the marina and enjoyed several of the nearby eateries and the Sunday Farmer's Market. Would love to return here again soon. Thank you to the management who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time!

From the minute I walked into this beautiful little house on the beach I forgot all my problems and had an incredible time. My favorite spot was the breakfast nook with bench seating. It was perfect for eating as well as doing work on my laptop. The house is very clean and cozy plus so peaceful with the beach right at my doorstep. I took many walks and loved that there was a market nearby. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot.

Literally, you step out the gate on the back porch and your toes are in the sand! There is nothing to block the magnificent sunsets that you can also see from the huge window in the living room. We loved our stay. This quaint bungalow was perfect for our family and having an updated kitchen and bath and washer/dryer made the stay even more enjoyable. No wifi when we moved in but the realty company sent someone over when we called. Great restaurants nearby and check in/check out was easy.

This was an incredible getaway for us and our pup. It's literally right on beach. This 2-bedroom house was the perfect size for us. We shopped for food at the nearby Ralph's and never really left the place for two days. It has everything you need, an updated kitchen, laundry, breakfast nook, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. Very comfortable place and just beautiful.

The house was very clean and is nicely decorated. Beachy accessories . Beds were comfy. Cute but small. It would be perfect for family with 2 small children. I had hoped to see waves crashing but had to walk across huge expanse of sand to the shore to see them. We explored the Channel Island Marina and took a two hour boat tour of the area. It’s about a mile from the Mandalay Bay Beach Resort where there is a restaurant and bar. Also, IHOP is very close. The appliances are newer and nice. We had to contact the office once and found the response very speedy and satisfactory .

This was the perfect weekend getaway. The home is updated on the inside and super cute on the outside. Kitchen is well appointed as well as the front and back patios with plenty of chairs to sit and watch the ocean or have a bbq! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the inside was spotless!

The house was great. Super clean. Excellent location. The kitchen was a happy surprise - well appointed with all items you need to actually cook in it. The beach is deep, so there is a walk to the water. The small protected bay just past the sand dunes is a swimming spot for kids. Very dog friendly area! I have one negative about the house and that is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Ca 'Sea' Ta on the Sand and it was everything I hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable— with breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the best of beach living.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service from the RE/MAX property management team. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. Any time I had a question or needed something, they were quick to respond and always eager to help. Their consistent communication gave me total peace of mind during my stay.

If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-managed beach rental with top-notch service, I highly recommend Ca 'Sea' Ta on the Sand. I can’t wait to come back!

We have been vacationing on Hollywood Beach for two decades. We love the laid-back, unpretentious vibe of the area. The beach is quiet, and you feel like you're on vacation, although not too isolated because there are businesses within walking distance. I especially enjoy taking a morning stroll over to Honey Cup Coffeehouse.

Usually we rent a much larger house to fit the entire family, but this time it was just four of us. The Ca "sea" ta on the Sand is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Bonus: this property allows pets, so we were able to take our small dog. Truly, it had everything we needed for a relaxing few days at the beach. The kitchen is very small, but it has the essentials, including a coffee maker and blender. Everything was clean and well-organized. If you've never stayed at this beach, just be aware that the walk to the water from the houses is a bit of a distance; I only mention because my elderly parents could not make it that far, although they still enjoyed the view sitting right outside the house. The outdoor space is lovely, with Adirondack chairs facing the ocean and a spacious side patio with a picnic bench. We had access to beach towels and beach chairs as well as boogie boards. There is a washer/dryer in the garage if you need to do laundry. Communication with Remax Gold Coast is always easy. They respond quickly to any questions. We are already talking about returning to this property for another stay.

From the minute I walked into this beautiful little house on the beach I forgot all my problems and had an incredible time. My favorite spot was the breakfast nook with bench seating. It was perfect for eating as well as doing work on my laptop. The house is very clean and cozy plus so peaceful with the beach right at my doorstep. I took many walks and loved that there was a market nearby. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot.

Enjoyed a wonderful tranquil weekend at this cozy beach getaway. It was the perfect size for myself and my husband, and we really enjoyed the incredible location directly on the sand! Nothing beats looking out your window to see a beautiful stretch of quiet white beach. The home was stocked very well, clean, updated, and comfortable. We walked to the marina and enjoyed several of the nearby eateries and the Sunday Farmer's Market. Would love to return here again soon. Thank you to the management who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time!

This was an incredible getaway for us and our pup. It's literally right on beach. This 2-bedroom house was the perfect size for us. We shopped for food at the nearby Ralph's and never really left the place for two days. It has everything you need, an updated kitchen, laundry, breakfast nook, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. Very comfortable place and just beautiful.

Literally, you step out the gate on the back porch and your toes are in the sand! There is nothing to block the magnificent sunsets that you can also see from the huge window in the living room. We loved our stay. This quaint bungalow was perfect for our family and having an updated kitchen and bath and washer/dryer made the stay even more enjoyable. No wifi when we moved in but the realty company sent someone over when we called. Great restaurants nearby and check in/check out was easy.

Overall a very nice experience. Staff were super helpful with anything and very friendly and supportive. Was surprised at the automatic $250 cleaning fee “off of the security deposit” Shouldn’t it be a separate fee and not be “included” in the deposit? Next time I will read more carefully!

The house was great. Super clean. Excellent location. The kitchen was a happy surprise - well appointed with all items you need to actually cook in it. The beach is deep, so there is a walk to the water. The small protected bay just past the sand dunes is a swimming spot for kids. Very dog friendly area! I have one negative about the house and that is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

The house was very clean and is nicely decorated. Beachy accessories . Beds were comfy. Cute but small. It would be perfect for family with 2 small children. I had hoped to see waves crashing but had to walk across huge expanse of sand to the shore to see them. We explored the Channel Island Marina and took a two hour boat tour of the area. It’s about a mile from the Mandalay Bay Beach Resort where there is a restaurant and bar. Also, IHOP is very close. The appliances are newer and nice. We had to contact the office once and found the response very speedy and satisfactory .

This was the perfect weekend getaway. The home is updated on the inside and super cute on the outside. Kitchen is well appointed as well as the front and back patios with plenty of chairs to sit and watch the ocean or have a bbq! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the inside was spotless!

Terrific beach house w a wonderful floor plan & lots of privacy among the bedrooms, which we didn’t need, but extra space is always an added benefit. We were one large family w various ages of children, grandparents, etc.
The walk to the beach is 5 min. The park is 10 at the most. The pool was wonderful & the surrounding patio & grassy area very well- maintained.
The only thing we needed to clean ( wipe down ) was the outdoors ping pong table & adjacent dining table & chairs. The bbq is large & worked very well. Having 2 fridges was a big plus for our group.
Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels, nice bikes in garage, some pool toys, etc.
My only complaint was the the 2nd upstrs bedroom has no window covering on its’ balcony door & a lot of light comes thru in the morning.
ALL of us said it exceeded expectations & we’d definitely rent it again.

We had a worry-free stay just steps from the sugary, white sand Mandalay beach near the Channel Islands harbor in Oxnard and are “homesick” already! With our adult children there was easy access to surfing, beach-combing, paddle boarding, hot-tubbing, grilling, creative cooking, movie watching, and reconnecting. The house was well stocked. We would bring additional gear for “large” cooking... maybe large bowl, casserole, frying pan... the 2 refrigerators meant we were not constant shopping! The farmers’ market was a gem, with growers and crafters, not just middlemen with buying power. The pool and hot tub were quickly heat able, once we figured out the complex remote control. There were lots of towels, both bath and beach. The beds were very comfortable and the linens high thread count. Our gang did workouts in the space adjacent to the garage... 5 moving bodies at one time! Beach toys we used included 4 bikes, 3 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, and they could all get rinsed in the efficient enclosed courtyard with hose and outdoor shower. We sincerely hope to be back sometime in the coming winter months! Thank you, owners, for sharing your sweet getaway with us!

Home is beautiful and in great location. However, the heater for the pool and sauna were not in working condition and the new refrigerator ice and water feature were not operating.

Terrific beach house w a wonderful floor plan & lots of privacy among the bedrooms, which we didn’t need, but extra space is always an added benefit. We were one large family w various ages of children, grandparents, etc.
The walk to the beach is 5 min. The park is 10 at the most. The pool was wonderful & the surrounding patio & grassy area very well- maintained.
The only thing we needed to clean ( wipe down ) was the outdoors ping pong table & adjacent dining table & chairs. The bbq is large & worked very well. Having 2 fridges was a big plus for our group.
Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels, nice bikes in garage, some pool toys, etc.
My only complaint was the the 2nd upstrs bedroom has no window covering on its’ balcony door & a lot of light comes thru in the morning.
ALL of us said it exceeded expectations & we’d definitely rent it again.

We had a worry-free stay just steps from the sugary, white sand Mandalay beach near the Channel Islands harbor in Oxnard and are “homesick” already! With our adult children there was easy access to surfing, beach-combing, paddle boarding, hot-tubbing, grilling, creative cooking, movie watching, and reconnecting. The house was well stocked. We would bring additional gear for “large” cooking... maybe large bowl, casserole, frying pan... the 2 refrigerators meant we were not constant shopping! The farmers’ market was a gem, with growers and crafters, not just middlemen with buying power. The pool and hot tub were quickly heat able, once we figured out the complex remote control. There were lots of towels, both bath and beach. The beds were very comfortable and the linens high thread count. Our gang did workouts in the space adjacent to the garage... 5 moving bodies at one time! Beach toys we used included 4 bikes, 3 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, and they could all get rinsed in the efficient enclosed courtyard with hose and outdoor shower. We sincerely hope to be back sometime in the coming winter months! Thank you, owners, for sharing your sweet getaway with us!

Beautiful house, wonderful location. Modern and clean, EXCEPT for the grill (which was unusable-sad) the outdoor table and the choppoing board -really dirty. The rep from the owners company not helpful or sympathetic when called.
