This property was clean and cozy. We had a blast taking out the duffy boat and seeing everything on the Marina ( including other boats) decorated for the 4th of July holiday.

We were a little skeptical about renting a house during this Covid 19 era, but when my friend who also stayed there previously assured me about cleaness and neatness about the house we were convinced. It's a well maintained and tastefully decorated house which sits right on the channel. We enjoyed the balcony, the duffy and the quietness of the area a lot. There's a garage but no direct access from the house but the house is on a cul de sac type of street so there wasn't much traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed the location of this house and access to the Duffy boat. The houses amenities were acceptable-plenty of linens but skimpy cooking utensils. Bathrooms were redone & nice but kitchen was very tired. Worse thing was the sliding doors were corroded & could barely be opened. Also lack of screens allowed insects & a hermit crab to find there way in. Overall, house was above average.
