This adorable, 4 Bedroom + 3 Bathroom home is just across the street from the uncrowded beaches of Hollywood Beach! With ocean views from the sundeck, this home is walking distance to the Channel Islands Harbors and just a short drive from the Seabridge Community with local restaurants.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, both with king sized beds, and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a flat screen TV and original Nintendo NES Games in the closet.
Head up the stairs to be greeted by the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with vintage framed photos of early Hollywood by the Sea. The living room feels bright and spacious, with large windows that let in so much sunshine. Enjoy the flat screen TV and fireplace, after a long day at the beach. The dining table seats up to 8, and leads into the kitchen.
The kitchen has stunning navy blue cabinets with brand new countertops! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and a Keurig coffee maker. Just down the hallway is the second bathroom and third bedroom. This bedroom has a queen sized bed and a twin futon.
On the third story is the master bedroom suite. This room is spacious with a flat screen TV, a fireplace, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. There is also a king sized futon in this room and a door that leads to the sun deck.
This sun deck is breathtaking! With stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
Laundry is in downstairs hallway closet.
There are two surfboards and one boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels in the garage available for guests to use.
Garage offers parking for two cars.
This home is pet-friendly with a fee of $150 per pet. The maximum number of dogs in the house is 2. If you would like to bring more, prior approval is needed.
