This beautiful beach home is fully furnished and just across the street from the uncrowded beaches of Hollywood Beach. With stunning ocean views and conveniently located right across from the beach access.
Enter into the property and head up the stairs to the main floor with the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a super comfortable sectional with plenty of seating, flat screen TV, and offers ocean views through the large windows. The dining area has a table that seat up to six guests. The spacious kitchen offers beautiful countertops, additional bar seating for four and plenty of space to cook!
Just to the left of the kitchen is the main bedroom. This room has a king sized bed, ocean views, a desk work space and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with double vanity sinks and a walk in shower with glass shower doors.
Head up the stairs again to the third story. On this level is the loft, that is open and welcoming. The loft has a super cute sectional couch, flat screen TV, and a trundle bed that sleeps two. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and sink. The loft also has a full bathroom, and a back patio door that leads to the sundeck. This sundeck is fully furnished with lovely patio furniture to enjoy every sunset and sunny day!
Back on the first floor, you will find the second bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom and the two car garage.
