This stunning, fully furnished Hollywood Beach Home is located just across from the sand, a corner lot and has Ocean views! Enjoy the sunset on the ocean 365 days a year from the home and outside sundeck that is equipped with a BBQ, patio chairs, table and an umbrella.

The front door leads into the entryway. On this floor you will find the three bedrooms, and first full bathroom. The first bedroom is just right of the front door, offers ocean views, and has a full size, twin combo bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with the most adorable, vintage picture wall. The last bedroom is at the end of the hall and has two bunk beds, an additional day bed, flat screen TV and a workspace desk. The back door leads to the private patio with an outdoor shower.

Head up the stairs to the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. This bright and spacious area has large windows that allow so much natural light and stunning ocean views! The living area offers plenty of seating and a fireplace made from the stones of Channel Islands. The dining table seats up the 4, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need! Down the hall is the second full bathroom and a door that leads to the sundeck.

One car garage used for storage only. Driveway parking for two cars.

One dog may be accepted with additional $500 pet fee.

Available for a 12 month lease, or monthly.

Furniture is negotiable if the lease is 1-2 years.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Flat rate utility fee if rented less than a year).

Located in Hollywood Beach right across the street from beach access, near local restaurants, coffee shops and more!
