We booked this house so our family of 10 could celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary together under one roof. We had seven adults, one teenager, and two-3-year-olds. The house was perfectly set up to handle our crowd. There were toys for the toddlers and awesome views and comfort for the rest of us. There were beach chairs and toys, as well as several bikes in the garage. The kitchen was well set up to prepare all our meals. The location is perfect. It is a few minutes walk to the Oxnard Marina with restaurants and coffee shops and a small convenience store for the last minute odd or end. Mollies by the Sea is a perfect vacation place for families. The management company was extremely responsive with every text and email I sent.

Mollies is a great location on the beach. The house is spacious and held 8 of us very comfortably. The view is fantastic for watching boats, walkers, and sunsets. The house is a bit dated and could use new mattresses in twin rooms but king and queen beds were comfortable.

This was a great vacation. The house is on the beach and has all the necessary amenities. Everything was lovely upon our arrival. Everything was in great condition and the place was comfortably furnished. The beach is so quiet and peaceful. It is awkward to get to the beach. You have to pass through a bedroom or go out the front door and go around the house. But we did not find that to be a big deal.

Cute house. Smaller than it looks. Inconvenient beach access through one of the large bedrooms. Not ideal if you don’t like traipsing sand through the bedrooms. Beautiful ocean view.

The house was very clean, and a great location. On the sand, the kids could have fun going out the door and be on the beach. We went to the water early morning and at night with our flashlights. The harbor is across the street, we rode our bikes..

The house was spacious and beautiful, and very clean. There was everything I could have possibly needed for a beach vacation and even more than what I needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was basic soaps and detergents for cleaning, laundry and dishes. There was an abundance of dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner and never needed for anything(other than groceries which we brought with us). There were even coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to build sandcastles for the days we spent on the beach. There were bikes and scooters in the garage which were nice for an afternoon ride by the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and a bar nearby. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. This is our new favorite vacation spot and we plan on returning.

This house was a short walk to dining options and the Sunday farmer's market. It was great for my visiting family from the midwest -it is right on the beach. The house was clean. It could have used a few more towels in the bathrooms and we did need to stock up on TP, because there wasn't a stash at the house. Internet was tricky, but day2 we were connected. Overall it was easy to call home for a week.

Wonderful (covid-safe) family beach getaway and change of scenery. The house is right on the sand with gorgeous views! It was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Hollywood Beach is beautiful and very empty which made it easy to take walks and enjoy the waves and stunning sunsets. We are already thinking of returning again in the spring or summer.

WONDERFUL, relaxing, beautiful vacation! The beach house was perfect for our family, very clean, and the view from the house of the beach and ocean was gorgeous. They even had a mound of sand toys, loads of beach chairs, some bicycles, boogie boards and even two ice chests in the garage for us to use. This house is also walking distance to the marina where we saw the boats coming in, as well as sea lions and jumping fish. We also walked to the bike rental and six of us had fun bicycling around this beautiful area. The property management company was also amazing! They are extremely helpful and kind. We had a drainage problem in the shower, and within two hours of my phone call, a plumber was there to fix it. We highly recommend Mollies by the Sea, and can't wait to go back.

This rental was well-supplied with everyday things we needed. There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys, board games, puzzles, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, even many spices, two nice boogie boards, and several bicycles in working order (some were not. The view is wonderful, and the ocean a healthy walk away. The beds were comfortable, as was all the furniture. It was quiet, relaxing, and a great experience to enjoy with our whole family of eleven.

This is our second time at Mollies by the Sea. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our extended family. The house is well appointed and had all of the kitchen items we needed to cook. Bedrooms are decorated nicely and there were plenty of towels.And there were a plethora of board games and movie CD's available too. We lucked out on the weather. It was 80 degrees and spent lots of time walking along the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

We found the rental online and knew it was going to be great. The house has tons of rooms and beds. All of the cooking and serving ware we could ever need, and tons of towels. They even provided shampoo and body wash! With the beach just outside our door and grocery stores just minutes away, we wanted for nothing. Thanks so much!

This was my 2nd stay at Mollies by the Sea !! The first time was a quick weekend for my Uncle's service near by & This time a full 7 beautiful days with my family. Having my girls and the love of my life all together in this Beautiful house, with amazing views will be a vacation filled with the best memories. The house is just simply FABULOUS !! Everything you need from coffee maker, to pots & pans, plenty of space and views from all rooms. The girls at Re/Max were so wonderful to deal with and helpful with any questions we had. I hope to be able to come back and stay at this beautiful piece of Heaven again soon.

The stay was great. The house is well located right on the beach with great views, enough room for about 8. We had 10 people, including 2 tall teenagers. The kitchen is small, but sufficient. There were enough pots and pans, etc. The house is convenient and clean.
One problem is the restrictive move out time of 10:00 AM on departure day. That is way too early and non-negotiable. The elay in returning the cleaning deposit is close to a scam. They sit on your money for 6 weeks.
Otherwise the house and location were excellent and the staff was good and efficient in preparing for the trip. Credit cards should be accepted at no increased fee. The CFO is really consumer unfriendly.

This vacation was amazing. It didn't start out that way, as I had booked another house with another company months ago. The owner called me and cancelled my reservation 2 weeks prior to my trip. I was referred to Andrea at ReMax and she was a god send. She recommended Mollies to me and it was absolutely perfect. The property was even better than the pictures made it look. It was completely stocked with everything we could need and has been well maintained. I can't wait to be back!

Had a great time. The home was well stocked with kitchen ware etc., linens, pillows and just about everything we needed. The BBQ worked great. We had both our children and all of our grandchildren for a week. I would highly recommend this home. The eleven of us were quite comfortable.

Mollies by the Sea is a great vacation spot on the beach. This home is family friendly complete with bikes, beach towels, sand toys and more. Ocean views are from the balcony level and beach access from the bottom patio area. The only drawback is you have to lock the house from the front door. The patio slider should have a key lock for easy access direct from the beach. We would definitly stay here again.

Wonderful house right on the beach. Most well-stocked vacation rental we have ever rented. Nicely furnished as well. Kudos to the owners for making their house so comfortable. We had several little ones with us and it was kid-friendly.

Beds were on the firm side but that was a minor point.

We were in town for my son's wedding. Mollies was a lovely place for us to stay, spending family time, relaxing while preparing for the wedding, sneaking in some beach time even on busy days. Whether sitting on the balcony while working on computers or riding the waves on the boogie boards Mollies provided, we loved soaking in the seashore.

Stayed here for a destination wedding with four couples. Beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. Great access to the beach. Had everything at the house to make it easy and a comfortable stay. Nice location to go up or down the coast and a great harbor within walking distance.

Accommodations were terrific and the private beach front made for a wonderful family time together. The view of the sunset and beach were beautiful but disappointed that we could not see the waves breaking or kids playing at the water front due to the distance to the sand/waterfront and drop off that occurs at actual water level.

This is the 2nd year my family has stayed at Mollies. We were able to stay for 9 days and just loved it! The house is perfect for a family with kids.. The interiors are beautiful and the new wood patio on the sand right outside the back patio is a wonderful addition. We plan to return next summer.

It was a wonderful time. Just wish had known about June gloom cause the weather was a bit of a bummer. The location was amazing and we still enjoyed the beach. My niece got to see dolphins for the first time,which was amazing. We will most definitely be back.

great house, plenty of sleeping space, good working kitchen, clean. Never went out- fixed all meals in; did take boat out to Channel Islands and was fantastic experience. Paperwork/logistics not difficult, would definitely rent again.

This beach house was awesome! Gorgeous views from the living room, sand at the doorstep, beautifully layed out floor plan and cute beachy themed rooms. It was perfect for our large extended family from grandparents to 5 year olds. We lucked out on the weather... 80 degrees in November! Spent lots of time at the shore and just relaxing in the livingroom, talking and catching up.
The place was spotlessly clean. There were extra beach towels available as there were sand toys, boogie boards and beach cruiser bikes. The neighbors on either side were very nice too... not loud at all.
We would definitely come here again!

Our family was quite comfortable in this vacation home located on the sand at Hollywood Beach. This included the grandparents and two families with 7 kids between them. Two things could have made the stay even more enjoyable: a shorter walk across the sand to the water's edge (about 500 feet) and a covered outdoor patio for sitting around.
