A fully furnished vacation rental located in the Hollywood by the Sea community in Oxnard, California. This charming multilevel 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a modern and serene retreat close to the ocean, local beach community shops, and eateries.

Entertain guests on the main floor with a fully furnished living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, and a private patio connecting to the main floor bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. A full bath with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom and dining area.

The primary bedroom, located on it's own private level, features a queen-sized bed, a private balcony, and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The lower level boasts the final bedroom featuring twin-sized bunk beds. The bunk beds are to be used at guests own risk. Owner will not be liable for falls from bunkbed. Dogs welcome!
