Kitchen has all stainless appliances, plenty of other appliances such as coffee pot, toaster, blender, instant pot, crock pot, electric frying pan, waffle maker and much more. Dining area in kitchen offers seating for 4.

Off from the living/dining area is a washer/dryer closet with ironing board. Also on this floor is a half bathroom.
