Welcome home to Ventura's "After Dune Delight" a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom plus 1 bathroom home located in an incredibly desirable spot! Right across the street from Marina Park AND the Beach!! Upon entering the home you will find the living room with two plush couches and a flat-screen TV, and a dinner table that seats 4. The living room offers exquisite views of the wonderfully groomed Marina Park and the beach. To the right is the beautifully remodeled kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and access to the backyard. To the rear of the home, you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, the second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom features a Trundle Bed with two twin mattresses. This entire home has been remodeled and is like NEW!!! The backyard is incredibly spacious, with plenty of patio furniture, a BBQ, and a firepit to enjoy the beautiful beach weather and lifestyle! There is an outdoor shower in the backyard, as well as access to the private laundry room.
Beach Chairs and Sand Toys are available for use and located in the Garage.

We would like to note that the property's view will be obstructed by a large wall due to the City of Ventura currently working on the Marina Park. A discharge pipe that’s currently under design will be built through the park and under the ocean surface, which will be a huge undertaking. The home is not directly affected apart from the front yard view. For more information you can visit

Suggestions:
1. Let renter know ahead of time that dryer is not working
2. Inform renter they need to bring their streaming logins to access TV streaming services
And thank-you for using unscented laundry detergent- suggested last year!

Excellent! The only downside is the property is across from a park that gets very busy on the weekends. We knew this going in so it was no surprise for us. My only suggestion is that the staff should use unscented laundry detergent for the sheets and towels. I am very allergic to perfumes.

House was beautiful and so close to the beach! Lots of windows to get that ocean breeze flowing through and a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials to cook.
The patio was huge and we enjoyed several evenings out there.

Everything you need is at this house. Perfect location, cleanliness, dog friendly, amazing backyard bonus dog door. I can’t say good enough things about our family vacation. Absolutely perfect! I tried to extend our stay lol. Parking was such a bonus, two cars fit great. At one point all 3 of my kids stayed with me and the one bathroom was never an issue, my son loved the shower outside it has hot & cold water! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The Remax team was the best, especially Courtney ❤️ Thank you! Perfect location, great neighborhood, very dog friendly. We will definitely be back. The only negative thing was the latch to the backyard was a bit difficult and the freezer door handle was broken, definitely not a deal breaker! Thank you

We absolutely loved the location of this home. It is on the quieter, southern end of Ventura, directly across from Marina Park and 7 houses from the beach! A beautiful walk up the beach to the pier and easy access to amazing bike trails! The home was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals at home (bring your own seasonings) and the bed in the master bedroom was incredible. I don't know if it was the cool ocean breeze or the bedding, but we slept like babies! Very highly recommended and we'll be back again!

Darling House across the street from the park and beach. Only had one problem, silverware and dishes were covered in what seemed like dried soap.
