We have stayed at this location two years in a row and plan to do it every year. Outstanding location, just steps to the beach. The property is very clean, well kept, and has ample space. The outdoor balcony with seats is the best part. We ate every meal on the balcony, with an ocean view!!! Excellent stay.

Our family of six had plenty of room in this comfortable rental that is just steps to the Beach. There is plenty of storage for all your needs. Amenities were extremely nice including beach accessories, bicycles in the garage. A big plus, parking for two vehicles. Enjoyed that we could walk to restaurants like Hollywood Beach Cafe, which is amazing. We also enjoyed dinner at Waterside, breakfast at Mrs. Olson's and drinks at Honey Cup Coffeehouse. It was a short drive to visit Mission Basilica San Buenaventura and the shopping on Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again in the future. The only negative - there could have been more quality bath towels.

The condo is beautiful and we'll appointed. We had a carbon monoxide detector needing replacement first nite there and management company wanted us to go out at night and find batteries. Door to patio sticks and mgmt company wanted us to hang out for repairs. No trash receptacle and mgmt insisted it was there. Actually messaged me to debate about it. Made our stay stressful. We also had to take care of laundry that had been left in the machines up on our arrival

The property description was very accurate. The house was clean but did have a musty odor down stairs the first day we got there. I believe this was due to the front loader washer being closed. After a few times of running it the smell went away. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

What a beautiful place they have, very clean, organize and so close to the beach.
Really enjoyed my walks on the beach, Neighbors are so nice. Forgot it was in the
Foggy times, but it was wonderful . I so needed that.
