Loved everything about it! The house is steps to the beach and the marina.
We wanted something with good energy that would remind us of having grown up in beach communities in the ‘60s and ‘70s and this captured it perfectly.
Owners have taken a lot of care to make this home feel like the 80-year-old, historical, beach cottage it is while providing every modern amenity you could possibly need.
Two very nice, comfortable bedrooms each with TV and cable. Great kitchen! Everything you need to cook with is there. You’ll love the gas stove. The loft felt like a bonus room. Found a spot on the sectional next to the window that when opened, sends the ocean breeze right over the top of you. Was a great reading spot.
The backyard is really something special. Again, attention to detail to make it feel “beachy.” Lots of outdoor seating, great BBQ, and delightful wind chimes.
We’re planning another trip in June and will most definitely book this home if it is available.
