This adorable 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom beach house, is located in the beautiful Pierpont community. Just down the lane from the sand, this home is the perfect way to experience the uncrowded, stunning beaches of Ventura, California!

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen offer the perfect spot to relax with the whole family after a day at the beach! Cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room after a long day at the beach.

The first bedroom offers one queen bed, and the second bedroom has one queen bed and one sofa bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds for a total of four twin beds.

The private sundeck has plenty of patio seating and views of the ocean!
No Pets, Sorry.
Please note, the city of Ventura requires all vacation rental bookings in the summertime to be a minimum of 7 nights.
