House is located in a great location. You can walk and/or drive to several really good restaurants. Contact with Remax was easy, and they responded quickly.
We had a wonderful family get-together at this beautiful property. The view was spectacular and the beaches were lovely. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. All the rooms were spacious and perfect for 10 people vacationing together. We look forward to going back again next year!
My family and I adore this house! The beach was right in front of us and the ocean not too far from the house! We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the dining room as we watched the local water fowl search for their meal. My kids and their significant others had so much fun! This house is dog friendly and well kept. We ran into one problem but April sent the handyman out immediately and they took care of it (it turns out that the bed spring in the master bedroom was flipped upside down not broken lol)! My family and I would recommend this property to everyone! Thank you, Remax!!!

We had an outstanding stay at this rental right on the beach in Oxnard. Everything we needed was at hand, including beach chairs, every kitchen utensil you could need, fresh, clean towels, bedding, and a table big enough to seat the nine of us. I have never experienced such attentiveness from VRBO or Airbnb. They picked up the phone every time we called, brought us a coffee maker within the first hour of us being there because the one that was there wasn’t working properly. Because I asked if there was filtered water, they dropped off a Britta filter for us to use. They came and got the TV working because we couldn’t figure it out and it was Oscar night. The place itself was beautiful and immaculate. We will definitely rent it again next year for our yearly Cousins reunion! Outstanding service sets this rental apart from all the others.
We celebrated Christmas with our family. The house easily accommodated all 10 of us. Grandparents, children and grandchildren. We had a good time in spite of rain. The grandchildren loved being able to walk right onto the sand.It is a house built in 1981 so it does show its age. Very clean. The kitchen needs more silverware. And if you are a cook bring your own knives.Over a good experience.
This home takes your breath away as soon as you get to the top of the stairs. It actually brought tears to my eyes because in addition to the view, the management company had put up a beautiful Christmas tree(we were arriving on December 15 to celebrate my 70th birthday.) This home is SO warm and welcoming. Its coastal decor is delightful. All of the bedrooms had wonderful beds with very comfortable foam pillow toppers. The dining room table was large enough for all six of us to play family games and also enjoy delicious dinners while watching the sunset! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is a charcoal barbecue available, which we put a good use. The sand is literally at your doorstep and the walk to the water was actually very close. We saw dolphins and seals frolicking in the water as well as seagulls dancing in the ocean breeze. The Terra cotta floor tiles made for easy cleanup of sand that was brought in from our walks. I could go on and on about how wonderful and “beach cozy” this home was, but I think I can finish by saying that all of us went through withdrawals after leaving this home and we all hope to be back to visit it again next year for another family gathering.
We stayed at the beach house over the long Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was perfect for our group. The inside of the house was comfortable and spacious. the kitchen had all the appliances you might need. The kids loved being right on the beach and spent all of their time there. REMAX was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
