On the first floor, you’ll find a private lockout suite complete with a bedroom featuring two queen-sized beds, a cozy living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV, and a convenient kitchenette—ideal for guests or in-laws. Head upstairs to the main level, where the heart of the home welcomes you with soaring high-beamed ceilings and abundant natural light. The living room offers a plush sectional sofa, a second fireplace, and a streaming-ready flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Just off the living space, the dining area comfortably seats up to eight and showcases breathtaking ocean views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, a center island with additional bar seating for three, and a Keurig coffee maker—just bring your favorite K-cups.

Our second stay at Slow M'Ocean, and everything was as awesome as last time. Jasmine at Remax was again so helpful like last year. We asked for ice cube trays, along with a few small kitchen stuff. She couldn't find the trays, so she bought us a bag of ice! How thoughtful is that! Anyway, everyone had a great time. Chowderfest was happening, and a few of us who attended said it was so much fun. More of us will attend next year. Just like last year, we went to both Ventura and Channel Island Farmers markets. We hope to be back next year.

Lots of sleeping and communing spaces. Big kitchen, great location/views
The property was perfect for our family reunion with members' age ranging from 28 to 85 yrs young. The property was clean with plenty of comfortable beds. Great, quiet location with a short walk to the beach and Sunday Farmers' mkt. The kitchen and living room furniture are showing its age, but understand that this is where everyone gathers so it's heavily used. We also were thankful for the second full size fridge downstairs, as we brought with us enough groceries for a week! There is no A/C but all the windows were open 24/7. Fans (need cleaning) were provided and that helped. A little inconvenient that the water dispenser was not working, so we had to haul in water and ice. Lastly, I have to give kudos to the Remax mgmt team. Great communication from the time that we booked, checked in and out. After our first meal, we realized that there were no dishwasher detergent pods and we had to call the dispatcher after business hours. We were told that they would be delivered at 8 am, and they sure did. By then we realized that we needed other items, so we put in another call. We asked for oven mitts, aluminum foil, small plates, more coffee mugs, spoons and tissue boxes. Everything was delivered within 2-3 hours! I was impressed! BTW, we did apologize that they had to make two separate trips, but they were so courteous and helpful. I definitely would recommend this place and any other listings under this property mgmt.
This property was in an ideal location. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the harbor and beach.. The layout of the home provided enough rooms and space for 8 of us. The condition of the home was good and we enjoyed our stay here! The property management company was very professional and attentive.
Had a relaxed and peasant stay – great location!
We stayed several days at Hollywood Beach and found it to be the perfect place for us. The layout is fantastic – a first floor bedroom, that’s basically a one-bedroom apartment unto itself right off the entry and main staircase. Up the flight of stairs is a large great room with high ceilings, roomy and fully stocked kitchen and dining table for 8, plus a high bar. The two bedrooms just off the great room were perfect and the upstairs master suite was wonderful. The rooftop deck as the perfect early morning yoga space (I just used a towel.), afternoon sunbathing, or evening winddown. The beach is an easy walk across the street to the public access and we walked for miles each day. The place is wonderfully located – two blocks from a fantastic farmer’s market, Ventura beach and activities just to the north, and great restaurants, stores, and things to do within 10 minutes. The hosts were very responsive and supportive with clear instructions and periodic check ins. The place was clean and well-prepared – just as advertised.
This was a great pet friendly house with wonderful living space. It had everything we needed to make breakfast and be comfortable. Location was in walking distance to restaurants and the harbor. Would definitely stay again!
The space was clean and inviting. Everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. The hosts were timely and responsive with requests. The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the beach and to the harbor restaurants. Perfect for a large family or as a retreat house for multiple couples.
