Step into this Italian-inspired home! Inviting entryway on the first floor lead to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, situated oceanfront. 1.5 bathrooms and laundry room are also located on the first level.
Beautiful tile-accented stairs lead up to the second floor featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room with stunning ocean views. Large flat screen TV and entertainment center in the living room. Fire up the BBQ grill and kick back on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the water. Living room next to gourmet kitchen with professional stainless appliances, granite counters, dining table in its own alcove that seats 6. Guest bedroom with king, attached bathroom, and additional half bathroom in hallway complete this level.
The spacious master suite with king bed makes up the third floor and features see-through fireplace, sitting area and private beachfront balcony. Large en-suite master bathroom includes double-sink vanity, separate shower and bathtub and walk-in closet.
Other amenities include 2-car driveway parking, 2 car garage access, beach chairs/toys, Wifi and cable, graco pack and play, and bicycles.

After my Granddaughters wedding My family and I (Mom & 4 grown children) stayed the following week in this beautiful rental property. It was well staffed, very clean and right on the beach. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a special time with friends/family.
We booked this property in hopes of having a quiet, relaxing beach vacation, and this place exceeded our expectations! This beach house was the absolute perfect space for our family of 8. We all had plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and no one felt cramped. This house is right next a naval base and an access road to the beach, however neither of these were an issue as this is a relatively quiet area with only a few beach goers coming and going during the day. Only real issue for us was the light pole that blocks part of the driveway, which made it difficult for me to park (we had two full-sized vehicles).
This home is amazing! Set right on the beach with stunning sunsets each night. Three floors was a concern but the elevator made it super simple to haul heavy luggage and groceries to the right floor. Every room was spotless with warm welcoming decor. The kitchen has an industrial range/oven that can handle large groups easily along with a very large high end refrigerator and freezer. We loved the boogie boards to play in the waves. Only draw back was there is no air conditioning. The home does cool down through the night but I sleep very hot and it was a struggle being comfortable in bed. I recommend this place to those looking for easy beach access and having fun in the sun!
A must-stay! From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as described, actually even better. We were pleasantly surprised to see the Christmas tree still up, which added such a warm and festive touch to our stay. We absolutely loved it and it made the experience even more special.The entire house was spotless, well-organized, and clearly very well cared for. Parking was easy with both street and driveway options available. We brought our own bikes, but it was great to see that bikes are also provided at the property for guests to use.The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of bathrooms, which made things very convenient for our group, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—everyone slept great.The property management team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.Thank you for opening up this amazing home for others to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back!
This property is managed by Remax for rental. They are so professional and efficient in communicating with the people renting the property. Even though their phone message says they will get back to you during the normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm), you will surely get their prompt response within a couple hours no matter the time and day.Also, the house is professionally cleaned and maintained. We have stayed 4 times at this property, and will stay again for sure.
The place was fantastic. We had 6 adult family members. The space was spacious & had everything we needed for a long weekend. From bikes to espresso machines, the place exceeded our expectations.
When I read so many perfect reviews on this property, I was somewhat skeptical about those reviews and the place itself. Well, here I am adding my own PERFECT score review to the list. The place was cleaned professionally (very important point for us) and managed by professional agents who provided every little detailed information about the stay. It all added up to make this a perfect weekend for my family.We used to own a beach house on Silverstrand when we lived in the LA area. So, we are quite familiar with the beach and the surroundings. We love this beach and have rented 4 different properties on the Strand so far, and this place has exceeded our high expectations. We will definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to friends.
We had such a lovely time! Family from the east coast wanted a beachfront home for us all to vacation together and this is the place! The house had great amenities and was very comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!
The house was great: more than enough room, well-appointed, lots of extras (video game console, toys and things for the beach, bikes, 3 coffee makers!), closer to the water than some other houses we've stayed at. The elevator was a big plus for our wheelchair! A negative might be the proximity to the fenced-off naval base (rather ugly), but it did provide an alley to walk to the water avoiding trudging through the sand. Not a negative but for management to consider: we arrived on a Saturday and the trash bins outside were already full to the brim (trash day is Thurs.) so we had nowhere to throw our trash. A phone call to management apparently didn't merit a reply. We also noticed the the toaster oven had a broken knob, rendering it useless, and for some reason many of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. The place was clean and more than expected. I would recommend it.
The pictures do not do enough justice to this beautiful house. Everything was cleaned and well supplied with everything you could possibly need at the beach. The best would be the property management. They were extremely responsive, helpful and beyond professional. I highly recommend them.
