Styled with a Mid-century flair, this quaint home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the main bedroom which features a queen-sized bed, or the second bedroom that has a full-sized bed bath. Both are appointed with soft quality linens.
There is also a futon in the living room, which also features a cozy gas fireplace and a 3D flat screen Smart TV complete with cable, wireless internet and Netflix.
A well-equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or dine al fresco in the private backyard.

The house is cozy with everything you need. From books to boardgames and even beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We loved how close it was to the beach and the awsome fire pit on the patio. This is by far one of our favorite vacation spots. We will definitely be back!

We had a blast hanging out in the front patio around the fire pit enjoying the sunsets then heading over to the harbor's restaurants for a nice meal.

My family & I (myself, my husband & our 12yr old son) stayed mid-August and we loved this house! It was the perfect size for us, the location is amazing, and the house had all the amenities needed for a fun time. We would highly recommend staying here!

It is a cute little house with 2 great outdoor areas. The house was very clean. After sundown,the house got cold and there was only a sheet and light comforter on the bed. I could not sleep and the heater was not turning on. It was 64 in the living room and at least 6 degrees cooler in the sprint bedroom. The property manager did get someone out to fix it. We were on the beach and had to leave all of our stuff and walk back to the house to have him fix it. I'm tired from not sleeping the night before and dealing with a service guy was not how I wanted to spend my time. My kids were done with the area and wanted to leave early on Sunday so I took them home. I did come back and put out the trash cans on Monday and make sure the house was as we found it. The property manager should make sure the pilot light is lit before guests arrive. They also should have followed up to see if the issue was resolved and how it impacted the guest stay.

Location was extraordinary. Just a few steps away from gorgeous, unpopulated beaches. A sweet, small house that worked well for a writing retreat... quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, great beach walking.

Location is incredible. House was clean and comfortable. We rented wetsuits and boogie boards from Anacapa Surf Shop and that was incredible. We would definitely go again and stay at this bungalow.

Very outdated. Furniture very uncomfortable. Suppose to sleep six but does not. Nothing at all what we thought it would be. Basically we thought it needed allot of work. You pay a cleaning fee but you have to do a lot of cleaning before you go.

This place is a GEM. Amongst a very diverse set of houses on Hollywood Beach, this lovely bungalow has space, a great front and backyard and convenient beach access across the street. Best part? There's no house across the street so this lovely little one story has unobstructed views of the water because there's nothing across the street.
Walking distance from everything on Harbor- this place was perfect. We brought our 10mos old and had a blast!
