A brand new deck has a sectional couch and a new large picnic table with benches. Both upstairs and downstairs balconies have new glass railings for unobstructed ocean views. The whole house has wide plank hardwood floors, recessed lights everywhere + sconces + chandeliers throughout, and central AC.

The upstairs is an open-concept living space with extra high soaring ceilings and windows to the ocean as the spectacular highlight. The living area has a large modern fireplace. A plush chair with an ottoman in the corner of the living space is surrounded by windows to the ocean. The designer blue kitchen has abundant new pristine cabinetry with artisan hardware, stone counters, a water filter, and an exquisite marble slab on the center island with a breakfast bar. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, each with 2 full beds with designer linen + a designer bath with a combo tub/shower.

Downstairs is a family room with a plush oversized charcoal grey Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors to the deck, sand, and sea. The primary bedroom looks out to the ocean and has a Crate and Barrel cane king bed with Mattouk linen, built-in closets, a designer en-suite bath with double sinks, and a shower. Laundry in the garage. Board games downstairs in the family room.
