This 2-Story home located in the desirable Silver Strand beach in Oxnard is waiting for you and your family and friends to enjoy! Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a bedroom and a family room. The family room is set up perfectly for children with two beds, games, a television, and Jack and jill bathroom which leads to the other spacious king-size bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam topper, and television, and leads to the outside patio with bicycles accessible to be used by you! On this floor, you will also find a laundry room.
As you walk up to the second floor, the large living area with television and fireplace awaits you. Take a seat on the large sofa and take in the dreamlike harbor channel views, watch the sunrise, and sunset and relax by the fireplace. Living room accommodates a pull out bed with memory foam mattress. Conveniently located on this floor is an office space, dining, and kitchen area! Also, on this floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed.
Walk through to the master bedroom ideally located next to the spa and top deck with mesmerizing Kiddy Beach views!

Come visit Paradise by the Beach! An amazing home for families or friends traveling together, large space, intimate entertaining and enjoying the local desirable spot of Silver Strand Beach in the beautiful Southern California. The Silver Strand Beach community offers delicious local restaurants, boat excursions, and so much more!

We offer a two person canoe, a 1 person kayak and 3 bikes that can be used by guests. The kayak and canoe can be easily walked to Kiddy Beach and enjoyed at your leisure!

"Very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, harbor and beach access. They were just across the street. So easy to go to the beach. Our view or the harbor and ocean was incredible. Loved the sunsets everyday. The house was comfortable and large. The kitchen was huge. Made dinner every night. One thing about the kitchen is that the kitchen cookware needs to be upgraded. We had to go and buy cutting knives, pans, assorted bowls etc. we left most of those items. So it I guess it has been upgraded a little. This however should not be taken away from our overall stay. We will go back. Other things we enjoyed were the perfect Hot tub. beds were very comfortable, new TVs in every room, Loved the new Washer and dryer, beach toys, nice neighbors, we felt very comfortable and relaxed.
