Pierpont Beach in Ventura presents this cozy beach house with a spacious backyard just steps away from the beach.

As you walk into your home you are greeted with your down stairs living area featuring a flat screen television. The open concept showcases a gourmet kitchen and space accomadating dining area.

Also located on the first floor are all three bedrooms. Each of which include a queen size bed and their own flat screen television. Additionally, there is a main floor full bathroom boasting a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs provides another living area with a queen pull out bed, another full bathroom with a walk in shower and a private patio with ocean views.

Small pets welcome with a $150 pet fee.

Please note, the city of Ventura requires all vacation rental bookings in the summertime to be a minimum of 7 nights.
