Pierpont Beach in Ventura presents this cozy beach house with a spacious backyard just steps away from the beach.

As you walk into your home you are greeted with your downstairs living area with flat screen television. Also on this floor are your kitchen and dining area. On the first floor, you will find all three bedrooms downstairs which include a queen size bed and their own flat-screen television. Additionally, there is a full bathroom.

The outside living area includes a built-in BBQ area, seating, and bicycles to ride at your leisure.

Upstairs is another living area with a queen pull-out bed, a private patio with ocean views, and another full bathroom.

Small pet is allowed with a $150 pet fee.
Please note, the city of Ventura requires all vacation rental bookings in the summertime to be a minimum of 7 nights.
