Private guest quarters, tastefully decorated with ocean flair, on the bottom level with direct access to the rear yard. Climb the renovated staircase and enter entertainers paradise. You won't know where to look first! The ocean flair continues upstairs in the open floor plan living space with a living room, a Cozy reading nook, remodeled fireplace, a front balcony with a table, and a massive kitchen. The dream kitchen includes wall-to-wall cabinets, a gas range, a dishwasher, and a dining nook. The luxurious master suite features a sitting area & access to the rear balcony. The master bath is a personal spa- bath w/soaking tub & shower. Extra guestroom down the hall. The rear covered balcony has views of the beautifully designed staircase and yard with plenty of space to entertain and bbq. Just steps away from the beach! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream parlor, and grocery stores. Between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, just a hop skip & a jump from the airports.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 6!!! No one wanted to leave!!!! I live in Newbury Park, but my family loves to spend a week in pierpont every summer, and this place was our absolute fave! To start- the photos DO NOT do this place justice! The house is INCREDIBLY spacious! I really didn’t expect it to be so roomy. Also - it’s literally steps to the sand- my boys love to surf so it was super convenient for them. The back yard and upper back porch are really awesome, too. We had friends over during the weekend and it was just so perfect for entertaining and grilling. They had everything you could possibly need and it was very clean and so cozy and comfortable. I also love that it’s so close to the little yogurt place and restaurants- just down the street—that was important to us. This location is PRIME- and I would love to book it again! Also- thank you to the wonderful personnel at REMAX! You have been so very accommodating!! I appreciate you!

This year with the pandemic was different [for everyone] but this home is very comfortable to be "forced to stay at home in". Good size, wonderful kitchen and this year I cooked almost every night for the entire time, great location to the beach [can hear the waves, a bit difficult to see the ocean], great location to restaurants, the boardwalk, downtown etc. King bed is fabulous [other beds we are told are so-so]. Furniture comfortable, especially for the extended stay that we did.

My company send its crews to travels quiet often on business so we try and find them a home away from home. The Belfast Beach Beauty Home was perfect! The location, the privacy, the separate entry way for the downstairs rooms, the patio area to relax after a long day and the fully equipped kitchen made our travel experience PERFECT. The Remax Team assisted in the rental and process and they were quick to handle my booking and answer all my question. We look forward to another visit if are ever in this area on business again. Our 2nd stay at this expansive home just 3 homes to the beach. Well maintained beach house that isn’t stuffy or pretentious. Mother in law suite is perfect for families and the stairs above divide the living space. Nice open feeling and 2 car garage gives you room for toys or cars. Outdoor washer and dryer and lots of outside spaces to relax in the well treed backyard. We loved th beach access and the fact they have allowed pets is the main reason we have continued to return at a premium - even though we had the benefit of a house full of people we liked the additional space and plenty of options for relaxing, working or just hanging out. A few maintenance issues that were resolved within a reasonable
time. The owners did a nice job of remodeling and making sure they do what they can to keep the home fresh.

We are long term [3 months] renters in California and have fallen in love with Ventura. This property is wonderful, very comfortable and well appointed, great location to the beach, park, marina and downtown. The management company is terrific to work with. The only things I would suggest from a long term rental standpoint is to change the double bed in the downstairs bedroom to a queen size bed, and change the couch in the downstairs familyroom to a sleeper couch.

We loved this spacious house in Ventura, only steps form the beach.
The kitchen was well equipped, although not all of the items were in the logical places, ie) microwave in cupboard, bowls on trinket shelf, laundry on outside deck. The best part was the downstairs bedroom, very quiet. A couple of hallway light bulbs were burned out, but otherwise it was in excellent condition

Home was very comfortable and well equipped. It's open 2 story floor plan and furnishings very comfortable for our family, good quality bed's, bedding, toiletries, linens, and kitchen accessories. However, the cleaning fees are excessive considering you must do all dishes, strip beds, take out trash and start laundry or jeopardize the large deposit. I would have done a portion of those anyway.
Great location, plenty of space -steps to the beach was all wonderful. Cute enough upon entering, but the place overall was just a bit underwhelming. A bit older wit the windows, showers, patio. No cute touches or extras from the owner. No coffee supplies (creamers, K-cups, etc). And a lot of the dishwater & utensils were not clean. Also disappointing was being so close to the beach & no view. I would still recommend because of location to beach, just not one of our favorites.
