The bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 1-2ppl) with a walk in closet and access to patio. (Living room has pull out couch sleeps 1-2ppl).

There is underground parking and you get access to the clubhouse which includes a heated pool all year round w/ Jacuzzi as well as tennis courts.

Toppers pizza is walking distance from condo to watch all the sport shows while having a beer and pizza. Also near plenty of other shops and restaurants. Only a quick drive, bike ride, or walk to the beach!
