Step into this Italian-inspired home! Inviting entryway on the first floor lead to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, situated oceanfront. 1.5 bathrooms and laundry room are also located on the first level.
Beautiful tile-accented stairs lead up to the second floor featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room with stunning ocean views. Large flat screen TV and entertainment center in the living room. Fire up the BBQ grill and kick back on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the water. Living room next to gourmet kitchen with professional stainless appliances, granite counters, dining table in its own alcove that seats 6. Guest bedroom with king, attached bathroom, and additional half bathroom in hallway complete this level.
The spacious master suite with king bed makes up the third floor and features see-through fireplace, sitting area and private beachfront balcony. Large en-suite master bathroom includes double-sink vanity, separate shower and bathtub and walk-in closet.
Other amenities include 2-car driveway parking, 2 car garage access, beach chairs/toys, Wifi and cable, graco pack and play, and bicycles.
The garage now has a brand new EV charging station.

We vacation in beach houses every summer, but this beach house has been better than anyone we have ever rented. The high-end appliances are complimented by stocking of every type of cookware you could possibly desire. Whenever you thought of something you needed or wanted -- it was there. The seating was comfortable, plentiful, and did not collect the sand from the beach. This was true of the entire house. The flooring was an excellent selection so that any of the sand that made it into the house was not tracked all over the house. The house was also immaculate when we arrived.
The wide open doors on the main level and the third level opened up to a patio brought the beautiful beach view right into the house. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The location worked great as it was fairly central to where our kids live (Phoenix and SF) and we could all meet there for a nice long-weekend family trip. The house was very comfortable and worked for our needs and the 4th of July fireworks on the beach were great! We would rent it again.

We absolutely loved our stay, we thought that the beach access next to the house would be an issue but wasn’t at all. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped kitchens I’ve seen at a rental. Would rent again! Heat house!

The house is beautiful and well kept. The views are gorgeous and loved waking up to watch the surfers. I enjoyed the many fuzzy blankets available - perfect for chilly evenings by the fire or outside. There were a few updates I made management aware of but nothing that impacted our stay.
