We are pleased to present a little bit of Italy in Mandalay Shores, California. This stunning Tuscany inspired oceanfront home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private guest house, Jacuzzi in the middle of the home in the interior deck and incredible Mandalay Shores Beach views. Midway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, this home is close enough for a leisurely drive and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located in the semi-private Mandalay Shores Beach area, you will experience friendly neighbors, quiet walks on the beach, delicious local eateries and many fun recreational activities.

Once you pass the front gate into the private walkway, you are welcomed by a grand entryway door that leads directly into the large foyer. To the left, is an open floor plan with a built-in seating area, gourmet kitchen, formal sitting room and dining room with ample seating for 8 people. The large Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with any and all necessary cooking amenities along with additional bar seating to host your family gathering or a quiet dinner for 2. Stunning ocean views from every inch of this room. Just on the other side of the foyer is a media room with comfortable leather sectional seating and additional bench seating behind the couch to experience the flat screen HDTV in true luxury. For those warm California days when you are hosting a few extra people, slide open the glass doors to the interior deck to expand the fun. Outside you have patio tables and chairs, a BBQ and even a jacuzzi!

Across the patio is the 2-bedroom Guest House, access to the lower level garage, stairs up to the 2 Main House Guest Bedrooms, and a sensational spiral staircase to the rooftop viewing deck. The convenient and private guest house is the perfect setting for those guests who want to stay an extra day or two. With its own living room and kitchenette, guests can escape to their own quarters without sacrificing luxury or comfort. The viewing deck gives you breathtaking 360 degree views.

Back inside the Main House and up the grand staircase, are 2 guest bedrooms (Bedroom 1- 1 queen, Bedroom 2- 2 twins) and the Master Suite. The guest bedrooms share a quaint balcony. Your own Master Suite comes with dual walk-in closets, a library/office/sitting room, balcony w/ unobstructed views, and the Master Bathroom w/ double vanity & enclosed glass shower. Wake up to the smell of the ocean and the gorgeous sunrises each morning!

2-car oversize garage on bottom level. Laundry room in Main House w/ washer & dryer & garment steamer.

    We come to California every year, this year we came across this amazing house right on the beach and jumped on it. It was such a delightful stay, the house was clean, smelled great, and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The property management team was amazing. I worked with gabby, she was phenomenal returns calls, emails and made sure everything was taken care of. Truly a 5 star experience. Will definitely return!

    This home, this beach, this area is the best! Our previous rental a mile or so from this property was terrific and we didn't think it could get any better. But this property was outstanding and was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable and accommodated our large family. Home was as beautiful as all the pictures and the guest cottage was a definite plus. Will definitely be renting this beautiful home again. RE/MAX personnel was, as always, very helpful.
